I have just filled out the 1-2-1 mentor form, even if I don't qualify for your program. Can I receive 20 minutes of your guidance? Hopefully, I will be able to earn your mentorship in the future.

5 years ago I had panic attacks everyday. I went to the gym and got shredded. Bought new clothes. My self esteem went through the roof. I let myself go a few months ago and my body doesn't look so good. But I know I'm doing alright because I'm focusing on other hobbies like card magic and memorization skills. Been following you for years, you're still inspiring me Captain.

Dude, bravo. I always thought you had a strong sense of identity but now you're REALLY coming into your own. It was easy to identify the content creators that inspired your style before but now it's completely your thing. And just the way in which you speak now. The passion. It's unreal. No disrespect to your past videos, but watching these makes it feel like something was MISSING before. Whatever it might've been, you've got it now. Authenticity is something that's hard to come by in the productivity/self-help space these days, but this channel has so much of it. Big props to the entire Captain Sinbad team. Don't keep us waiting on the film too long!

I love what you're identifying here. The process of evolution from observing, mimicking, synthesizing, to original and unique creation.

This is so true. In college, I used to have this acquaintance, she was always put together. Hair makeup, but very lightly not like full on makeup, she showed up and looked great. Which wasn’t common in my class bc we all rolled out of bed. It was magnetic, we’d look and listen to her. Inspired to be put together like that. Then when I started working that was what I did, made a goal and an effort to look put together and it made me felt great and people took me seriously (obv for my work as well). I think it depends on where you are in life for the never being at home tip. For those who are “young “ starting i their careers or schools, definitely should be out there enjoying your life, networking and being “exposed”, life brings you unexpected happiness. I’m married with kids so I’m kind of lazy to go to events dinners and be out and about so at this stage being home is peaceful. I was out and about earlier in my career which made a lot of sense. Once you’ve past that career “peak” it’s ok to relax and stay home imo. When you’re trying to make something happen, yes definitely get outside bc nothing happens at home 😂. I only go out to get coffee and food now. The occasional lunched with friends are nice and never disappoint either. Great video!

It's tough to get outside when you are grinding grinding. Today we woke up early (took a lil mushroom micro naimsayin?!) and went to the beach for a few hours. It was lovely.. Watched this at 3AM, And thought that it's a waste to watch a Captain Sinbad video while sitting, and I just picked up my dumbbell and worked out for 30m. It seems to easy when you're already halfway through your workout, But starting it seems intimidating. I thought that it's finally time to use the 3am feels to my advantage and do the most of my time instead of wallowing in useless deliberation.
@anubhavforall Жыл бұрын
Spicy boi ? It gets better when we are able to convey what's in our mind in a manner that is fun , feels rewarding and doesn't feel like a task , but an amazing activity. But it takes some initial efforts for sure. My man, Nikhil , you have surpassed those days , and this video feels like a call for us to jump towards the second, more rewarding trail as well! Yes man, even I have managed to break the crust in the workout trail, and in my exams of higher education on the pipeline. There have been hiccups for sure. But I am ready to crush them. Now I can see myself as a spicy boi hehehe - I mean I feel handsome now and fit, though more effort is needed, and for studies, there had been setbacks earlier but I was holding on them for a long time. I used to doubt me. But no more, slowly I am catching up, and I would catch up fast! I am taking the leap ❤ Much love and respect, Nikhil !

Bro, the point about faith is SO true. The world has become so cynical, negative and snarky. Everyone is pessimistic about everything, with the attitude that they'll put in the work/do the thing when they get proof it'll be worth it. When you take the opposite approach and do everything with faith, it's crazy the way you attract like minded, high vibration people to you. I can honestly say that this has been one of the single biggest levers I've ever pulled in my career.

One of the best stories was “With The Old Breed” by E.B. Sledge. He was a Marine who was born into wealth and enlisted during WW2. But it just shows the horrors of war, the struggle and strength of men during the worst conditions, and it helps reflect inward. His story was shared in The Pacific on HBO

As someone who is increasinhly skeptical of self-help, I have been 7-8 minutes seeing your video, and I agree that health is an essential part of having a great life. In fact, I would go even further and say that spending time outside home can potentially change your life. The few times I did it (either seeing a cute girl on a Small meetup and being expressive in that small group), or going to small gigs from heavy metal bands, it was insane. ❤ ❤

Hey man just a small thing: at 3:54 it should be "every day" with the space between. "Everyday" is an adjective to describe something that happens all the time, like an everyday occurrence. But if you're specifying that you want something to happen at least once per day (as is the case here), you'd use "every day" with the space.

I get you don’t mean malice and you are focused on your goals (which is normal) However the gym should be a place where everyone should be able to go and improve themselves. It sounds strange to me that seeing an old or not in shape person is so negative that it will affect your workout. A lot of people are actually afraid to go to the gym because they are scared of being judged similar to how you are mentioning it in your video. Again I get that you probably mean “If you want to be a Navy Seal train with people that have the chance of becoming Navy Seals” Before you discard people so quickly I want to ask you this: What if the person that has the power to hire you to film a commercial for a big brand is out of shape and not stylish? I am from Bulgaria. We have the following saying: They welcome you by your clothes, they bid you fare well by your mind. Some people have a lot going on past the superficial. Some millionaires and influential people have a superficial filter. They drive regular cars and have regular clothes. Food for thought. I will still continue to watch your videos Nikhil.
