These Hungry Salmon were Eating EVERYTHING ! - Fishing a Newfoundland Lake

This day was ACTION PACKED !
These Hu fry landlocked Atlantic Salmon were eating EVERYTHING we threw at them , from dry flies , streamers , to spoons & soft plastics !
Come along for the fishing session , it was a GREAT ONE !
All here , in the beautiful province of Newfoundland !

Wow ! When they are hungry they are hungry :) Little but a lot of fun,👍 I'm busy with a project but starting to get things together to go catch some big Northern Pike , Best time for them early to mid June , Get some up to 25lbs but a 5lb one is the best for eating :)

It always amazes me about that spot especially with orange & gold spoons and using a tail bait. I meet an older man in Howley at the general store a few years ago who told me about this method and it’s always deadly.
