So there'a a bug in Unity with the import of Box2d (physics engine) that causes the physics bodies to be loaded in a set number of possible arrangements. This is what causes difference between one simulation to another, not the speed of the sim. The issue you're stumbling into with the exact same bridge behaving differently during different simulations has to do with Poly Bridge's non-deterministic physics engine. The exact same setup can behave differently because objects get updated in a different order every new simulation.
