Comment for the algorithm + my progress so far. Mahjarrat/Vampyrism Auras: Don't have these yet, but I'm on my way to get them. Salve amulet (e): got it! Undead Slayer Perk: I have really put off perking out my gear. I definitely need to get on that. Ring of Death: I completely forgot about this one. But I should go for this one. But why not Asylum Surgeon though? Igneous Kal Mor: I suck at PvM, I have not been able to beat Zuk at all. I'll get there one day! Enhanced Excalibur: Got this one! Grimoire/Scriptures: I know about these, but I definitely need to try to get them. I'll probably get them as I improve my PvM skills. The only thing I will add is the Elven Ritual shard, bc it's great prayer restore every 5 mins.

Getbthe asylum ring if you can, I suspect it's better for bosses that don't have ads to benefit from the ROD adren gain passive. For slayer and training, ROD is awesome

If annyone is going to grind reaper points for the aura you might as well buy the hydrix for 300 points. It's worth 10~ mil more than a bond and saves you 100 reaper points if getting 3 hydrixes. Note that this event will probably lower hydrix prices so check them before!

Elven Ritual Shard for extra prayer restore is always useful, can use it until it stops then Excalibur spec for more prayer regen on top of the healing it normally gives. It's about 7-9m atm. Guthix/Zamorak godbooks are super cheap AOE books if you can't afford/don't wanna waste Wen manuscripts. Especially good for saving money while training. Any blood fury amulet (the base one is fine) combined with vampyrism aura gives some pretty good heals which become even more ridiculous with wraith. Cheap Barrows armor/weapons augmented to lv9 is an extremely easy way to get undead slayer perks. Anyone who can't grab mahjarrat aura can grab dark magic for a lesser version of it or vampyrism for healing from War's Retreat (Fight caves Jad is easy/afkable marks, 2 kills for daily cap) Asylum Surgeon Ring(Broken Home Challanges) and Ring of Vigour are great to have. Both help with adrenaline and the Asylum ring has pretty solid stats. Good if you can't grab RoD.

The ritual shard is a great skilling item. A vial of super restore gives more prayer points in the typical times it takes to kill most bosses.

Ritual shard is also a great cost saver for bossing, pop it ~10 seconds after you activate prayers and the shard+your salve or renewal potion can let you do most faster kills without bothering with any prayer pots.

i personally use a kal'gerion demon for more crits 1% passively and further 5% if using scrolls , since i don't use a grimoire myself the extra 6% on top of my biting perk helps me out a ton, i've seen people use blood reavers too but i don't know how they work exactly

​@FunniesRS with blood reaver you deal extra damage backto your target whenever you heal (vamp aura, ghost minion, soulsplit) they're not large hits, but every time you're healing it's adding up. It's like poison damage, it doesn't seem like a big number if you look at one hit, but over the duration of a boss kill those small hits add up quite a bit.

For the Zuk fight is it better to use full Tier 90 Necromancy tank gear, or should i swap out helm and boots (and maybe gloves?) with obsidian for the increased damage reduction?

Don't get discouraged! Keep trying him until you further your progress against him. I just claimed my 20 year cape earlier this week and I still have trouble with some bosses--Zuk included!

I just did my first zuk kill yesterday, the no death cost really gave me the motivation to try out zuk for the first time. I got to him in the first try but his mechanics (and my trash pvm abilities) killed me like 10 times before beating it lol. Next up is actually completing it in one run for that cape!

I cant do zuk or necromancer rasial lmfao i beat the quest version but the fact you need invention to even compete with bosses is a joke. Its a trash skill you should be able to go bossing with any t90 gear without perks ffs

If you want to do late game content like Zuk and Rasial, you need access to late game skills and resources. It doesn't block you from completing the content, but makes it easier. Similar to overloads needing 96 herblore. Doing Zuk and Rasial without ovl is a pain, but doable. Doing Zuk and Rasial without invention is a pain, but still doable.

Invention is the skill that saved the game’s economy. Without it, all gear that isn’t the best gear would be worthless, and it would be impossible to make money without farming the hardest bosses who drop the best gear. The skill is trained passively, and provides some incredible bonuses to all other skills. I don’t see why people complain about it.
