I believe you. My wife read Isaiah 53 from *Chabad’s Jewish Translation* to her Aunt and Uncle *ORTHODOX Jews* from Brooklyn and they thought it was the New Testament about Jesus.

Does the laying on of the hand make atonement for one? *Does not atonement come through the blood* ?” Rashi himself said: “ *There is no atonement without blood* .” The Sages also recognized this principle and repeated it in Zevachim 6; Minchot 93; Sifra 4, HUMAN SACRIFICE IN BIBLE AND TALMUD (Mekhilta d’Rashbi, p. 4; Tanh. Vayerra, sec. 23) “The Holy One, blessed be He, said to Moses: ‘I keep faith to pay the reward of Isaac son of Abraham, who gave one fourth of his blood on the altar’ ” The Talmud (m. Makkot 2:6; b. Makkot 11b; see also Leviticus Rabbah 10:6) asks the question: Isn’t it the exile of the innocent manslayer [in the city of refuge] that expiates? The answer is no. “ IT IS NOT THE EXILE THAT EXPIATES, BUT THE DEATH OF THE HIGH PRIEST .” And Milgrom comments, “As the High Priest atones for Israel’s sins through his cultic [i.e., ritual] service in his lifetime (Exod. 28:36; Lev. 16:16, 21), so he atones for homicide through his death.” In the case of unintentional homicide, the manslayer would flee to a city of refuge, where he would remain for the rest of his life ( Num. 35:1-15, 22-25 ). There was only ONE THING that could secure his release from the city of refuge: the death of the HIGH PRIEST . “The accused must stay in his city of refuge until the death of the high priest ; only after the death of the high priest may he return to his own property” (Num. 35:28) *BLOOD SACRIFICES BEING DONE IN THE TEMPLE 30-70AD IN TALMUD* IF YOUR HIGH PRIESTS AND RABBIS BETWEEN 30-70AD DID NOT THINK SACRIFICES WERE NEEDED, WHY WERE THEY STILL SACRIFICING AT THE TEMPLE FOR ANOTHER 40 YEARS, UNTIL THE TEMPLE WAS DESTROYED? The Sages taught: During the tenure of Shimon HaTzaddik, the lot for God always arose in the High Priest’s right hand; after his death, it occurred only occasionally; but during the forty years prior to the destruction of the Second Temple , the lot for God did not arise in the High Priest’s right hand at all. So too, the strip of crimson wool that was tied to the head of the goat that was sent to Azazel did not turn white, and the westernmost lamp of the candelabrum did not burn continually Jerusalem Talmud: "Forty years before the destruction of the Temple, the western light went out, the crimson thread remained crimson, and the lot for the Lord always came up in the left hand. They would close the gates of the Temple by night and get up in the morning and find them wide open" (Jacob Neusner, The Yerushalmi, p.156-157). [the Temple was destroyed in 70 CE] *Babylonian Talmud states* : "Our rabbis taught: During the last forty years before the destruction of the Temple the lot ['For the Lord'] did not come up in the right hand; nor did the crimson-colored strap become white; nor did the western most light shine; and the doors of the Hekel [Temple] would open by themselves" (Soncino version, Yoma 39b)

The churches have mistaken sorcery, and witchcraft, which causes harm to the world, with esotericism, which the Bible is full of - it is after all an esoteric book of initiation, and in particular the Christian initiation with the Christ‘s passion on Golgotha. The mistake will prove fatal for the churches, as it allows them no way out in order to understand their own Bibles. On the whole, they do not in truth know how to read scripture.

Isaiah 53 is the "forbidden chapter" of the Jewish Bible. There are many Rabbis and teachers in the Jewish faith who won't allow Jews to read that chapter, and sometimes they even remove it altogether. Why? Because they KNOW it talks about Jesus Christ, and they can''t handle that.

Same with Christians the below verses Slave Beating -- “When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property.” (Exodus 21:20-21) Jesus Falsely Predicts the End of the World -- “And there will be strange events in the skies - signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And down here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. The courage of many people will falter because of the fearful fate they see coming upon the earth, because the stability of the very heavens will be broken up. Then everyone will see the Son of Man arrive on the clouds with power and great glory. So when all these things begin to happen, stand straight and look up, for your salvation is near!” Then he gave them this illustration: “Notice the fig tree, or any other tree. When the leaves come out, you know without being told that summer is near. Just so, when you see the events I’ve described taking place, you can be sure that the Kingdom of God is near. I assure you, this generation will not pass from the scene until all these events have taken place. Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will remain forever” (Luke 21:25-33) Ritual Human Sacrifice -- “At that time the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jephthah, and he went throughout the land of Gilead and Manasseh, including Mizpah in Gilead, and led an army against the Ammonites. And Jephthah made a vow to the LORD. He said, “If you give me victory over the Ammonites, I will give to the LORD the first thing coming out of my house to greet me when I return in triumph. I will sacrifice it as a burnt offering.” “So Jephthah led his army against the Ammonites, and the LORD gave him victory. He thoroughly defeated the Ammonites from Aroer to an area near Minnith - twenty towns - and as far away as Abel-keramim. Thus Israel subdued the Ammonites. When Jephthah returned home to Mizpah, his daughter - his only child - ran out to meet him, playing on a tambourine and dancing for joy. When he saw her, he tore his clothes in anguish. “My daughter!” he cried out. “My heart is breaking! What a tragedy that you came out to greet me. For I have made a vow to the LORD and cannot take it back.” And she said, “Father, you have made a promise to the LORD. You must do to me what you have promised, for the LORD has given you a great victory over your enemies, the Ammonites. But first let me go up and roam in the hills and weep with my friends for two months, because I will die a virgin.” “You may go,” Jephthah said. And he let her go away for two months. She and her friends went into the hills and wept because she would never have children. When she returned home, her father kept his vow, and she died a virgin. So it has become a custom in Israel for young Israelite women to go away for four days each year to lament the fate of Jephthah’s daughter.” (Judges 11:29-40) Murder, Rape, Pillage, and Plunder -- "As you approach a town to attack it, first offer its people terms for peace. If they accept your terms and open the gates to you, then all the people inside will serve you in forced labor. But if they refuse to make peace and prepare to fight, you must attack the town. When the LORD your God hands it over to you, kill every man in the town. But you may keep for yourselves all the women, children, livestock, and other plunder. You may enjoy the spoils of your enemies that the LORD your God has given you. But these instructions apply only to distant towns, not to the towns of nations nearby." "As for the towns of the nations the LORD your God is giving you as a special possession, destroy every living thing in them. You must completely destroy the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, just as the LORD your God has commanded you. This will keep the people of the land from teaching you their detestable customs in the worship of their gods, which would cause you to sin deeply against the LORD your God." (Deuteronomy 20:10-18) Murder, rape and pillage of the Midianites -- "They attacked Midian just as the LORD had commanded Moses, and they killed all the men. All five of the Midianite kings - Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba - died in the battle. They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the sword. Then the Israelite army captured the Midianite women and children and seized their cattle and flocks and all their wealth as plunder. They burned all the towns and villages where the Midianites had lived. After they had gathered the plunder and captives, both people and animals, they brought them all to Moses and Eleazar the priest, and to the whole community of Israel, which was camped on the plains of Moab beside the Jordan River, across from Jericho. Moses, Eleazar the priest, and all the leaders of the people went to meet them outside the camp. But Moses was furious with all the military commanders who had returned from the battle. “Why have you let all the women live?” he demanded. “These are the very ones who followed Balaam’s advice and caused the people of Israel to rebel against the LORD at Mount Peor. They are the ones who caused the plague to strike the LORD’s people. Now kill all the boys and all the women who have slept with a man. Only the young girls who are virgins may live; you may keep them for yourselves.” (Numbers 31:7-18)

I'm Brazilian. In 1970, I was studying at Instituto Bíblico Palavra da Vida (Word of Life Bible Institute), now Seminário Bíblico Palavra da Vida (Word of Life Bible Seminary). Our "Personal Evangelism" teacher was Robert Brennan, an American-born missionary we used to affectionately call "Uncle Bob". He had been a sailor, a very callous man. But God melted his heart. After his conversion, he went to study at the Moody Bible Institute (Chicago, Illinois) and came to Brazil as a missionary to the Jewish people. I remember him telling us, his students, about one experience he had in São Paulo, Brazil's main city. He went to a clothing store to share the gospel with the owner, a Jew. He then struck up a conversation with him and asked his permission to read the Jewish Scriptures. The store owner agreed, and uncle Bob began to read Isaiah 53. As he was reading, the Jewish man interrupted him and said, "You're reading from the New Testament!"

“Isaiah 44:21 Remember these, O Jacob; and Israel, for you are My servant; I formed you that you be a servant to Me, Israel, do not forget Me.” “The following is a study of the verses of Isaiah 52 and 53. As previously mentioned, Christian leaders took a verse in the middle of a text and used it to satisfy their interests, and these verses are presented totally out of context to mislead those who do not understand. First, you must understand that originally, the Jewish Holy Scriptures were not divided into chap “chapters, but into verses. The division into chapters was introduced during the printing of the first Bibles by Italian Catholic printers. The Jews had to adopt that division and artificially study it because of the recurring theological "debates,” in which they were forced to participate during the middle Ages, because the verses were cited along with their respective chapters. Therefore, Isaiah chapter 53 is the continuation of Chapter 52, which refers to the nation of Israel, not a person. They also observed that Chapter 54 continues to refer to the people of Israel. “In the verses listed below, G-d referred to Israel as a servant. Note, also, that G-d never referred to the Messiah as His servant.” “Isaiah 42:19 - Who is blind but My servant, and deaf as My messenger whom I will send? He who was blind is as the one who received his payment, and he who was blind is as the servant of the Lord.20 There is much to see but you do not observe, to open the ears but no one listens. 22And it is a robbed and pillaged people; all their youths are grieved, and they are hidden in dungeons; they are subject to plunderers, and none rescues [them], to pillagers, and no one says, "Return." @@caires5928 I apologize for being so verbose. I invite you to study how does The Lord speak to His people, it's very interesting: 1) Directly by His voice. - 1 Samuel 3:1-10, Jeremiah 30:1 and Jeremiah 36:1-2 2) Through dreams, visions and riddles (or comparisons?) - Numbers 12:6-8, Job 33:14-15, Amos 7:7-8 and Jeremiah 1:11-15 3) Through staging (acting?) - Zechariah 11:4,7,11 and Ezekiel 4:1-3 And I believe there are many ways... but what's the point? The Scriptures confront us... Isaiah 49:1-7 doesn't seem to be a continuation of Isaiah 53. Should "Israel" be sent to restore the people of Israel and save the world (the gentiles)? Isaiah 49:6 - The Lord said to me, “I have a greater task for you, my servant. Not only will you restore to greatness the people of Israel who have survived, but I will also make you a light to the nations- so that all the world may be saved.” It doesn't make sense if you always take a revelation always literal. Remember what The Lord said to Mirian and Aran in Numbers 12. He can speak through riddles: Numbers 12:6-8 - and the Lord said, “Now hear what I have to say! When there are prophets among you, I reveal myself to them in visions and speak to them in dreams. It is different when I speak with my servant Moses; I have put him in charge of all my people Israel. So I speak to him face-to-face, clearly and not in riddles; he has even seen my form! How dare you speak against my servant Moses?” Furthermore, the Messiah should born in Bethlehem and Jesus was born in Bethlehem: Micah 5:2 GNT - The LORD says, “Bethlehem Ephrathah, you are one of the smallest towns in Judah, but out of you I will bring a Ruler for Israel, whose family line goes back to ancient times.” Do you remember what 1 Kings 2 tells us about the King David's death? Why? Because Psalms 22 clearly mentions about other person! Psalm 22:16-19 GNT - An evil gang is around me; like a pack of dogs they close in on me; they tear at my hands and feet. All my bones can be seen. My enemies look at me and stare. They gamble for my clothes and divide them among themselves. O LORD, don't stay away from me! Come quickly to my rescue! Notice that Romans teared Jesus' hands and feet at the cross. They also gambled His clothes, but they have never seen King David clothes, hands or feet. Some Scriptures are subjective and others are very clear! He reveals Himself clearly, sometimes not: Proverbs 25:2 - We honor God for what he conceals; we honor kings for what they explain. That involves spiritual discernment and that comes with intimacy. You can get it if you ask HIM. Other chapters reveal more details about The Messiah's Ministry or Calling: Psalms 110 and Isaiah 61 (Jesus quotes these) Psalms 21 (The Lord opened my mind to this...) Finally, one Word that I felt in love with: Psalm 25:14 - The Lord confides in those who fear Him; He makes His covenant known to them. He's Awesome! There's no God like Him.

As Philip ran alongside the chariot, he overheard the Ethiopian reading these words: “As a sheep he was brought to the slaughter, and as a lamb that is voiceless before its shearer, so he does not open his mouth. During his humiliation the judgment was taken away from him. Who will tell the details of his generation? Because his life is taken away from the earth.”-Acts 8:32, 33. Philip immediately recognized the passage. It was from the writing of Isaiah. (Isaiah 53:7, 8) The Ethiopian was puzzled by what he was reading. Philip struck up a conversation by asking: “Do you actually know what you are reading?” The Ethiopian replied: “Really, how could I ever do so, unless someone guided me?” He then entreated Philip to join him in his chariot.-Acts 8:30, 31. “What Prevents Me From Getting Baptized?” “I beg you,” the Ethiopian said to Philip, “about whom does the prophet say this? About himself or about some other man?” (Acts 8:34) The Ethiopian’s confusion was not surprising, for the identity of the “sheep,” or “servant,” of Isaiah’s prophecy had long been a mystery. (Isaiah 53:11) How clear this must have been when Philip declared to the Ethiopian “the good news about Jesus”! After a while the Ethiopian said: “Look! A body of water; what prevents me from getting baptized?” So Philip baptized him right then and there.-Acts 8:35-38. Was this a hasty act? Not at all! The Ethiopian was a Jewish proselyte. So he was already a worshiper of God with a knowledge of the Scriptures, including the Messianic prophecies. However, his knowledge was incomplete. Now that he had received this vital information regarding the role of Jesus Christ, the Ethiopian understood what God required of him and was ready to comply. Baptism was appropriate.-Matthew 28:18-20; 1 Peter 3:21. Afterward, “God’s spirit quickly led Philip away.” He went on to another assignment. The Ethiopian “kept going on his way rejoicing.”-Acts 8:39, 40.

Right. We definitely make use of "oral tradition" but we have to keep in mind that oral teachings can be corrupted if they are not written down. Oral tradition must be checked with scripture to be sure. For example, as Christians, we were orally introduced to the truth by a friend, family member, neighbor, co-worker, or stranger. The things they told us, we accepted but then eventually verified accuracy of those words with scripture and through observance of God's creation. Whenever something seems confusing in scripture to me, I look to God's creation to find resolution. That way it becomes very simple thing.

Yeshua already told us in His Word. “ ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the Cornerstone; 11the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes.” The Religious leaders of His day, were the same as today, even so-called "Christians", who serve another Jesus and another gospel. They just couldn't understand. 21Then Jesus said to them again, “I am going away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come.” 22So the Jews said, “Will He kill Himself, because He says, ‘Where I go you cannot come’?” 23And He said to them, “You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I Am He, you will die in your sins.” 25Then they said to Him, “Who are You?” And Jesus said to them, “Just what I have been saying to you from the beginning. 26I have many things to say and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I heard from Him.” 27They did not understand that He spoke to them of the Father. 28Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. 29And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” 30As He spoke these words, many believed in Him. John 8

The true hypocrites are those who feel shame because of their ancestors while enjoying their freedom. The fact they can talk like that IS one of the benefits won by the sweat and blood of the Crusaders. Secoundly. Countless souls lost in it yes, and many more saved by Jesus Christ because they can hear the gospel of the new covenant because our brave ancestors fight with the invading Islamic forces. If you'd ever read your own Bible rather than just interpreting it the way your cult taught you, you'd know the Jews have nothing to fear for their obedience to the commands made specifically to them. Christians on the other hand, have much to fear, as you literally trust in the blood of a first born sacrifice to save you from God's judgement. Might want to read what your own Bible says happened to every people group in history who did exactly that. If God's chosen weren't even spared the consequences, you can be certain you will not either. Better repent while you still can.

God will gather every one of us in Judgment and rule upon our statements according to what He gave us from knowledge. God warned us not to be deceived in these last days and how the scholars of all the Abrahamic faiths would place some serious misguidance upon the people despite all the proofs He has brought us in these days and the extensive literature available to us through modern means. Moreover you have not read the prophets who foretold that there would only be a small righteous remnant of bani Israel and that Joseph will be a great instrument of God against Rome and how Edom will be defeated, yet Messiah comes out of Edom! I helped guide two women to Christianity, from darker places, one even this year. When I come out on these forums I am bringing the messages of all the prophets, and the complete truth, and that is more the domain of men. God does not expect many women to reach that level. Which one came first? Isaiah 44 or 53? EXACTLY. The entire book is about Israel. Not about Jesus and I'm a gentile (noahide)😂.. did Jesus suffer more than the thousands of years of Jewish persecution? Nope

Catholicism is theologically sound. Paul says that much Christian teaching is to be found in the tradition which is handed down by word of mouth (2 Tim. 2:2). He instructs us to “stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter” (2 Thess. 2:15).

In 1224, St. Francis went to the mountain retreat of La Verna, not far from Assisi, to celebrate the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin and to prepare for St. Michael’s Day by fasting for forty days. Praying that he might know how best to please God and opening the Gospels for an answer, he came upon Passion references three times. He prayed during the morning of the feast of the Exaltation of the Cross (Sept. 14) and beheld a figure coming unto him from the heavens. St. Bonaventure wrote thus: “As it stood above him, he saw that it was a man and yet a Seraph with six wings; his arms were extended and his feet conjoined, and his body was fixed to a cross. Two wings were raised above his head, two were extended as in flight, and two covered the whole body. The face was beautiful beyond all terrestrial beauty, and he smiled gently upon Francis. Conflicting emotions filled his heart, for though the vision brought great joy, the sight of the suffering and crucified figure stirred him to deepest sorrow.....as the vision disappeared, it left not only a greater ardour of love in the inner man but no less marvelously marked him outwardly with the stigmata of the Crucified.” - Jens Johannes JØrgensen, Francis’s vision and the stigmata of the Crucified, Encyclopedia Britannica, online database, 20 July 1998, 2 Nov. 2022 Ed.

Isaiah 53 Names of God Bible 53 Who has believed our message? To whom has Yahweh’s power been revealed? 2 He grew up in his presence like a young tree, like a root out of dry ground. He had no form or majesty that would make us look at him. He had nothing in his appearance that would make us desire him. 3 He was despised and rejected by people. He was an Ish Makoboth, familiar with suffering. He was despised like one from whom people turn their faces, and we didn’t consider him to be worth anything. 4 He certainly has taken upon himself our suffering and carried our sorrows, but we thought that Elohim had wounded him, beat him, and punished him. 5 He was wounded for our rebellious acts. He was crushed for our sins. He was punished so that we could have peace, and we received healing from his wounds. 6 We have all strayed like sheep. Each one of us has turned to go his own way, and Yahweh has laid all our sins on him. 7 He was abused and punished, but he didn’t open his mouth. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. He was like a sheep that is silent when its wool is cut off. He didn’t open his mouth. 8 He was arrested, taken away, and judged. Who would have thought that he would be removed from the world? He was killed because of my people’s rebellion. 9 He was placed in a tomb with the wicked. He was put there with the rich when he died, although he had done nothing violent and had never spoken a lie. 10 Yet, it was Yahweh’s will to crush him with suffering. When Yahweh has made his life a sacrifice for our wrongdoings, he will see his descendants for many days. The will of Yahweh will succeed through him. 11 He will see and be satisfied because of his suffering. My righteous Ebed will acquit many people because of what he has learned through suffering. He will carry their sins as a burden. 12 So I will give him a share among the mighty, and he will divide the prize with the strong, because he poured out his life in death and he was counted with sinners. He carried the sins of many. He intercedes for those who are rebellious.

22And it is a robbed and pillaged people; all their youths are grieved, and they are hidden in dungeons; they are subject to plunderers, and none rescues [them], to pillagers, and no one says, "Return." Isaiah 43:8 To bring out a blind people, who have eyes, and deaf ones who have ears. Isaiah 43;10 says the Lord, "and My servant whom I chose,” “God of wood (Christianity) and God of stone (Islamism). Deuteronomy 28:64 And the Lord will scatter you among all the nations, from one end of the earth to the other, and there you will serve other deities unknown to you or your forefathers, [deities of] wood and stone.” “Wood (Christianity): above the altar of a Christian church, almost always has a large wooden cross. 9:23 He has a fair argument about vowels, and if this comes up again you can point to the Septuagint translation of the OT. This was translated into Greek 100-300 years before Christ, by Jewish scholars of the day. Surely these scholars would know what to translate, and their translation would be unmarred by any bias against Christianity any later Hebrew manuscripts may have had (such as the MT, written 1000 years after Jesus.)

@@yawos9024 thank you for your interesting response. Here are the facts. 1) The evidence you bring, parchment 5/6HevPsa is not from the Dead Sea, it is from Nahal Hever in the Judean Desert 2) The term "like a lion" is poetic. If you read Hebrew you would notice that there are a significant number of those kinds of phrases in the psalm. Unfortunately you are a victim of translators who add things to the text to make it more readable in their translated version. They are not to be blamed for that and I understand why people fall victim to this. 3) The issue of the writing in 5/6HevPsa is a bogus claim. It ignores an extremely important and mundane point regarding this and many other ancient parchments of the era, the writing style. Several years ago I did a video on the subject. Look up "Yosef Feigenbaum Nahal Hever". I would be very happy to get your response.
