He didnt actually crouch, nor did he moonwalk. He was just running back again and watch to the direction of the window, that´s why you didnt see his red light on the corner. If you watch at 2:42 you see him at the window (not crouched). But sure, that idea could work.

It would be cool if there was a 1v1 game mode designed to just escape the killer solo. The survivor has a time limit and if he's taken down, the survivor loses. Unless you have some perk where you get back up. Could be fun to just have 5 minute maps of killer vs survivor for that true horror theme.
