All my ex's come from Texas 🙂... but they are not getting any of my money when I become one of the departed. I shall create a revocable trust, designate my beneficiaries, including contingent beneficiary, and review my estate plan regularly in case it needs modifications. Update your trust and will as things change! Make sure you are naming certain assets in the name of the trust to avoid tax consequences and probate.
