Yo QT, I went to Utah Valley University and it's down the road from BYU. It's still majorly LDS - Russell Nelson's (The LDS President, for those who don't know) wife came and gave the commencement speech last year. The most "non-Mormon" school in Utah is the University of Utah, which is still pretty LDS (founded by Brigham Young himself). Weber State or Utah State might be next. Also, Provo/Utah County is all very "Mormon startup culture" with tons of sales and developer jobs around.
