Ranked is currently unlocked at 1000 trophies, but you cannot play if you don't have at least 3 power 9 brawlers and you can't play at diamond or higher if you don't have at least 12 power 9 brawlers.

6:52 For comparison, Kairos had to spend 4000$ dollars just to get two gears for every single brawler (Back then Lola was the newest). He calculated that it would take 9000$+ dollars to have all 5 gears (maxed out). on all brawlers. Worst thing is that Gear Tokens and Scraps were only unlocked from Boxes. So if you had Coins, they were somewhat useless in maxing out your brawlers.

I say for ranked bronze-gold unlocks at 5000 trophies diamond-mythic unlocks at 10000 trophies and legendary-masters unlocks at 15000 trophies because for new players it would be annoying that they cant play a core mechanic until 15000 trophies

I wish supercell extends the mastery road despite not having a mastery title yet. I've pushed 33 brawlers to silver 2 for the gold and of course still play them in ranked and whatnot, but having reached gold 1 with my main I can't help but feel like I'd play him less without the possibility to progress in mastery points any longer

Certain ranks of ranked should be locked behind a certain amount of trophies instead of levels to prevent heinous players from paying to unlock it. (This should be a decently high number like 15k+ for diamond 20k+ for mythic 25k+ for legendary etc because like 15k trophy players are still bots)
