Use that Autoglym Interior cleaner on the steering wheel, it’s perfect for cleaning steering wheels. Spray the steering wheel generously and use a soft nail brush to agitate the dirt. Then gently wipe around it with a damp clean microfibre cloth… once it’s dry it will feel and look like new 👌 You’ll be shocked how much dirt will come off of it

Wee tip Tim if youre worried about the mid lift rubbing through the wheel cover, stick a thin metal plate on the underside of the cover so when the wheels raised if it catches anything and spins it won't rub through, when I was on timber the boys in tags would do that as it was more of a problem for them with the tags clearance when raised

For the truck paint I would say the top part remains white while the bottom part will be red and add blue lights at the bottom to match your blue lights at the front

I would've put anti seize on those new nuts and the wheel hub, since they are Aloy on steel and when they start bonding, they stay on the hub even without the nuts. BTW. colours: the side skirts, fender and wheel liner in the front, the window trimm and grill Black gloss all the Chrome Blue and a Simple wave on the cab in blue and trim lines in the grill and skirt and fenders. Also white lightend Scania bagde and embleme.

That Horn rocker switch on the dash used to work up and down to do either tone on the Horn's under the cab, probably only want's a new solenoid valve on it to get it working again, she look's loads better with a set of super singles back on the midlift again now as well

I can't fault your enthusiasm, truck looks great, I'm constantly thinking of cost it must be eye watering, this Country is so different from America ,in England you are looked upon as a villain if you run any type of vehicle, they rip you off with fuel prices, insurance and road fund tax and in your situation you have to make a profit, I hope you get some really good contracts. Hi Tim your tractor unit looks awesome with the new drura brights and the new Michelin tyres and with side skirts it's going to look real gem . I think painting it wet white gloss with wet gloss black trim on the front a big set of new high end lights and put a wet black bull bars . But it's your baby so do what you want it will look stunning when finished. Inside speck it everything scania v8 with huge sounds inside and big horns for tones goodluck Tim and just really happy for you as you are a sound guy

As a windscreen technician my advice would be go steady with the door glasses mate, we fitted one last week at £1450+VAT. Seems like a very rare option to have but they're laminated so I'd be careful timmy lad

Good on you, mate! Loving the new wheels & rubbers. I wonder if the Anti-Splash thing really works though. As soon as you get a chance, ceramic coat the wheels. On the insides as well, that'll help keep them shiny for a good while even in the winter.
