Out of curiosity, what bag did you get to carry the kombi? It looked like it fit the unit without being overly big. Also, I found that the brush knife 4112 713 4100 works way better, and faster, than the hedge trimmer tool. Not only does it mulch amazingly well, which saves with clean up time, but it takes a HUGE beating and easily cuts down 2-3 inch trees and branches if needed.

Hello, tell me about the bike mount?? I have an 890 Adventure R and I live about 2 hours from Moab. I see some slab rides followed by some fun mountain biking. Keep up the awesome videos. Thanks

Hey! I bike at a Park named after Gifford Pinchot. its small, flat, and pretty rocky and usually wet.. it needs work tho... only probably 10 minutes of trails you would consider fun
@JeffKendallWeed2 жыл бұрын
Sounds... epic?! Hahaha. Where is this alternative park? iirc the actual man was a bit of a racist a-hole, but the big national forest in southern WA is AMAZING!

Hi Jeff! Amazing work with your videos and contribution to the trails. Question, is the ripmo your go to bike bike for pretty much an occasion?
@JeffKendallWeed2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Saul! And yes, for something like this, the Ripmo is generally my go-to. This style of 2,000-3,000 ft climbs followed by ripping descents is exactly what a good 150-160 bike excells at! The ripmo is also not super expensive, which is great because this isn't the safest way to tote a bike around.

I know you like long droppers, I am about the same height as you and also have a Rimpo AF, mines a medium. The stock dropper is 150mm. Where you able to put a longer dropper on yours or is yours still 150mm?
@JeffKendallWeed2 жыл бұрын
Hey Lucas, I am running 200mm droppers on both my Ripmos. They are PNW Components Loam droppers

@@JeffKendallWeed Thanks for the info, I was psyched on how my PNW Rainer performed on my old bike, so glad to hear the PNWs fit. Looks like you just put out a video on the Ripmos I'll have to watch that now!

Hey Jeff. Can you show on a map where you are? Both a wide view and closer up
@JeffKendallWeed2 жыл бұрын
Wouldn’t that be sweet?! I’m a little against showing the location too specifically, as even tho these are public and sanctioned trails, being specific will drive excess traffic to only these particular spots. If you look at the public MTB mapping sites, you’ll find these trails, as well as hundreds of others, and that will disperse all of our impact.
@nathantoney.15012 жыл бұрын
@@JeffKendallWeed I understand. I’m born and raised in Madrona (Seattle). I just couldn’t figure out where (kinda sorta) you were going. Truth be told I don’t really know south central WA.
