Some people go so hard, do extra and put up with the most and this is an appreciation video. It took as much as an entitled customer to get under my skin and ruin my day when I was a server, but these people are on another level.

About the anxiety podcast, I actually find it really helpful to talk out loud like you’re filming a podcast when you’re not doing well. Recounting stories about yourself out loud not only helps you organize your thoughts but overall makes you a better speaker. I find it really calms me down to ask myself questions like, “What in my daily life in causing me stress? What about my social life?” and answer them out loud. Stay positive, mates. Things get better
