Thankyou for these sliders, Yours is the only place i can go for my sliders as this is the best combo of realism and fun, i’ve just finished a spurs career mode after 4 seasons and now am doing a german youth academy rtg which has resulted in a very different gameplay feel with lower rated players, was needing a refresh of sliders as gameplay was feeling frustrating again. @@LAMBZYSPORTS Hey lambzy I think the game is an awful state I was having a great time playing the next day it was unplayable I've found it horrible before and after the most recent update I'm finding the ai press so fast and much my stadium is glitching poor pass after poor pass messy goals and all sorts I was so excited I had previously used the assisted set with my own tweaks but idk what to do its taking the fun away from my season im now going into season 2 and im worried I don't think it's just your sliders either

If you have Acceleration set to 50 then it won’t be the sliders. It might be something in your tactics. What’s your pressing setting? Do you use aggressive interceptions instructions? Do you use ‘attacking full backs’ on the d pad?

I never test on Ultimate as I don’t like that difficulty but there’s no real reason they shouldn’t work. You might need to tweak the error values slightly because everyone is a 99 overall but should be ok other than that.

You could bump acceleration up by 1 for the user if it’s a huge issue for you. Your players will tire quicker then though. Who are you playing with? Do you just have a lot of player with the slow acceleration type?

Have you got a slider set or recommendation for slowing down the game play, playing on slow setting and it's always frantic, I don't like the feel of the play sometimes it's like ice hockey on grass. I play 6 minute half, im not sure if weirdly this affects the frantic play. I also use semi over manual or assisted

There isn’t really a solution for that unfortunately. It’s just something we’re stuck with. I do think that half length modifies the approach of the AI - the shorter the half length, the quicker and more frantically they play. But that’s just a theory of mine. And for what it’s worth, while it’s tempting to play on slow, it actually causes more issues than it solves this year so I recommend default.

@@LAMBZYSPORTS I don't think it's as much a theory with the half's, I think you're right, because just moving it to 7 from 6 minutes has helped slightly, so currently your 5.1 are improving the play even on slow setting, with 7 minute half. I'm on semi for mostly all, and Professional AI, however, I'd like to know other than upping to WC, how can I make the AI attack me more, and give them a boost, as I'm dominating the match, it does feel good though, but I need to get a balance where its competeive. Find a set of tactics that really work for you - tactical vision, formation, instructions, etc. I find this makes such a huge difference. In terms of creating chances in games themselves, like real life, you want to attack down the wing often. I like to have my fullbacks/wingbacks set to overlap, play the ball from my centre midfielder into the feet of my winger whilst instructing the fullback to make a forward run at the same time. Then play a quick one touch pass in behind for the fullback. Isolating opposing fullbacks in two on ones is always a good source of chances too. Use your winger and an advanced fullback to overload their fullback. This is especially easy against certain formation or against teams who don't bring their forward players back on defence. Another thing I need to do more of because it's effective when I do use it is one twos. Press L1/LB and pass at the same time and you'll initiate a one two. You have to do these kinds of things manually because, when left to their own devices, your CPU teammates pretty much just stand around doing nothing. Hope this helps!

The whole purpose of the set is to create games that are as realistic as possible and you need longer halves to achieve that really. You need time pass the ball across the back, to build attacks slowly and methodically and to actually be able to have phases of the game and shifts of momentum. You’re obviously free to play on shorter halves if you want but I find anything less than 10 feels like I haven’t really played a ‘proper’ game.

High scoring games have actually been a bit of an issue with this set but I’ve been tweaking it to address that issue. Really good build up play and general gameplay but too many goals on 8-10 minute halves. I’ll be dropping Version 5.1 soon so stay tuned for that and you should be good 👍

Unfortunately not :( There’s no real way to address things like free kicks and penalties through sliders. You can raise marking for both and lower First Touch Control Error for the user and that will get you a few more fouls but outside of that it’s just whatever EA has coded into the game really 👎

I used to play Ultimate Team at highest rank. and used to play Career mode ultimate diffuculty along with base dificult player -> on and I still can play Nothing Ham forrest Win against Man u Chelsea, Draw Man city... lose to Arsenal, Liv other I win all of them in first season. so I just explain how my experiance on what level. so can I ask. Can u suggest me to your setting use with which difficulty in game ? legend or ultimate and Which is ok to turn on or off base player difficulty. and I don't need to change my user controller setting in current time. not ready to try all manual so can u suggest me. If you’re finding the game too easy on Ultimate difficulty then the best thing is to play full manual. If you really don’t want to do that, your best option is to give the CPU advantages with the sliders. Use my Assisted set on Ultimate but give the CPU: +1 Acceleration +3 Pass Speed +3 Shot Speed +5 Marking +10 Run Frequency And make First Touch Control Error 100/5. Also use Player Based Difficulty. These things will make the game less realistic but should make it more difficult for you.

If I want to increase each team's goals by 1 or 2, how should I edit these sliders?

The best way to address this would be: - Increase Run Frequency for each team by increments of 5. - Increase Shot Speed for each team by increments of 2. If you do this 3, maybe 4 times and it’s not enough: - Increase Line Length for each team by increments of 4. - Decrease Shot Error for each team by increments of 3. - Decrease GK Ability for each team by increments of 3.
