This is common practice for Ivory, the season updates contain all and every single car for that season. Ivory can't afford to push mini updates every single time they release a car. It would mean pc players would have to download the full game every single time.

If you are looking for easy ways to make money, play the motorsports playlist or Liberty Territory, just find every playlist race that pays well, other than that, drive around finding treasures, and doing feats. I make alot of money and XP every time I drive around.
