I was playing a anime character the other day and went into the practice mode. You can totally react to a cancel if you're looking for it. Especially if you know the Smoke frames and when it makes sense to do it. Only problem is when they complete the cancel. Which also makes them vulnerable to punish. Start showing them you can react to it and they'll finish the cancel and get punished. Mind games for sure.

He truly did and lowkey still does. He doesn’t need what a lot of people want tho, he doesn’t need a faster overhead or plus cancels, he needs faster armor and less gaps in his strings. This is coming from someone who has played a lot of smoke and against smoke. The most recent buffs weren’t necessary but are certainly welcome.
