@@jbeverything4159 I try to exercise when I can, mainly setting goals and even if I’m in that lazy mindset. I push through that to get those everyday workout goals done. Some days I ice while on the game because I practice soccer when I’m not playing

Great points! You know what should really be on this list? Not checking your shoulders / being aware of your surroundings before you receive a pass. At best, it means you may not know about your teammate who's in a great position to receive a pass once you get the ball. At worst, it means you don't know about the defender who is rushing up behind you to challenge or intercept the ball.

This! My coach in high school always reminds us to check ur shoulders to know what to do when u receive the ball rather than deciding what to do when u already have it

Because i play as winger, I always look back and to everywhere before receiving a pass. I think this allows me to create assists, or dribble better because I know where everyone is.

@@historyianbrazilian4987 the wing is an easier spot vision wise because you can see most of the field with your back to the line, but no matter what position you play, your speed of play is based on your awareness of where people are and where the space is.

4:05 is a good advice, but I think it's even better to cover path to the ball with your body (making the opponent face your back) thus forcing the opponent to run around you just to fight for the ball cause he is not allowed to push you in your spine.

Always be open for a pass, play defence even if not a defender, move the ball up if possible. Understand your weaknesses and strengths.

At 2:15 move to the ball personally I take a quick look to make or listen to my team mates call if someone behind. But it's better to take quick and hold a position where even if their is no defender it will be hard to control. Thing ahead what doing before u get the ball
