I think you mean novas, rather than supernovas. My understanding is that supernovas create neutron stars or black holes. (EDITED)

You're partially right. White dwarves form when a red giant sheds its outer shell in something called a planetary nebula. Only super-red giants become neutron stars or black holes after a supernova. Novas are what this video describes, when a white dwarf steals material from a companion star, then sheds it all again after a certain point. For some reason, they kept calling it a "supernova", which isn't correct.

Heat is the variable force of magnetism flowing currents quantumized accumulation of magnetic fields. External magnetic fields are stronger than internal magnetic fields grounding currents. External magnetic fields like hot air balloons displacement of atmospheric gasses rise through the earth's magnetic field. Proving hypothesis. Meteorites disolving into external heat energy outside of entanglement of mass as faster than normal magnetism grounding currents. If the current exceeds planetary internal magnetic fields grounding currents disolve mass as outward force of pressure displacement can't be overcome by impaction force of pressure.
