Veal steak in sauce, soft as butter. We don't need a knife
Soft veal steaks you can never go wrong with. We first fried the veal steaks briefly and then simmered them lightly to make them completely soft and juicy.
The result we got was steak like from a restaurant in delicious juice.
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓:
✅ Melt the veal steak with a hammer and roll both sides in flour
✅ Pour oil or butter into the pan and fry the steak until golden brown. Note, use a little more oil to fry the steak nicely
✅ While frying, add a little mustard and 100 ml of water. A little salt, pepper and rosemary, mix everything
✅ Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes
✅ While the steaks are simmering we will slice the champignons and after 10 minutes add them to the pan along with 1 clove of garlic
✅ Simmer gently for another 10-15 minutes and, if necessary, add a little water and salt
Our steaks are ready, enjoy.
