Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

Netflix put out a documentary last year called "poisoned: the dirty truth about your food" that covered a bunch of foodborne illness outbreaks. I always thought it was the meat that got people sick but the doctors in the documentary were saying your burger toppings are the most dangerous part of your meal. Lettuce, onions etc.. I've avoided em since I watched the documentary and it now seems my paranoia was justified

E coli is short for "Escherichia coli", a bacterium; it is not "Ecoli" and it's from the digestive tract of all mammals, specifically found in feces. E coli will generally thrive and multiply on any food with sugar and water content. Onions are almost entirely sugar and water, and the nature of onion cell membranes makes them particularly susceptible to bacterial colonization. You likely associate E coli with beef because the cut rate processors who supply Taco Bell and Chipotle have had a great number beef E coli contamination episodes which had far reaching and very public exposure. 90% of the time E coli outbreaks are caused by people in the food processing chain not properly washing their hands after using the bathroom.
