Bel veth is extremely strong with traits in general. The Ionia spat on her makes her basically one-shot people with each cast. And you can use kai sa as an item holder to get you alive until you get bel veth.

If a condition needs to be met for something to be good and that condition is rare, that usually means that the thing in question isnt good as under very specific conditions is the only viable solution. The current metas units are good because they are consistent and easy to force. Hence why they are strong. If bel'veth needs a spat and x amount of items the unit is not good. As you need to get a very specific set of conditions to win. Its not a hard concept.

Hi LeDuck, fun build!! I tried this comp out a few games and I had a lot of fun with it, and it def. took a few tries to figure out how not to sprint it to the bottom. I found a few things that I found made it easier to transition without losing too much HP. - I noticed if I could get to Bastion 4 + Jhin 2* for level 5 or 6, it's pretty stable if you have at least 2 2* frontline, for me more so than any Ionia variants that included Sett and Irelia (but harder to hit. Requires some high rolling obv.) - Around level 6-7, if I find Aphelios I will replace Jhin with him for a mid-game power spike to carry me through to finding Belveth, if you can 2* him you will be sitting cozy until belveth. I didn't see any mentions of this in your guide but it makes a lot of sense because you get free Targon 2 for a while and can still run Akshan or Urgot for Deadeye 2. While AS items aren't the best on Aphelios he ramps up FAST and your team is so tanky that it allows him the time to stack Guinsoo, often reaching 60-80 stacks. Not only that but Jhin mid-late for me feels very poor because the timing on his ult takes so long to happen, often you get scammed in OT because of it. I imagine Kai'sa would work too but she likes to put herself in places that result in her taking agro sooner than if she just stood behind your tanks so that's personally why I don't like to use her. - The biggest counter to this build, that I found, were people who put like 6+ units on the frontline. It gives time to stall for the frontline to drop back down and the extra units usually take your carry agro (not much of a problem once full build is reached though). This mostly means Rogue/Slayer builds in the mid-game, because their carry is in the front and won't get focused very soon most likely, and usually have a lot of sustain items. I had a few people who hit level 9/10 early fill their entire frontline with random units to counter me which resulted in my frontline just standing still until the enemies came back down (if only you could go through lifted units, it'd be busted). I still got some shots off on the backline but depending on the comp and if you have Belveth or not yet, you can get pretty wrecked. This is mostly only an issue before you get Belveth cause after she just goes x-games mode and dives the backline (assuming she can get a kill while units are lifted). Honestly, the only thing funnier than this build is the stuff people say to you for using it. I felt a little evil, and I'm sure chibi devil teemo didn't make it better for the receiving end. I'll tell you what though, with the current patch (13.12) it feels GOOD to Zephyr a 6 Zeke's Garen player cause he just has no opportunity to ramp and without supporting units to distract from his presence the mans is useless. I also imagine next patch this build will be a lot stronger.

her ability just doesn't make sense for her kit. it reduces her dps and ints her into the enemy team. one of the worst designed legendary's I've ever seen. she can defintely pop off with a strong frontline to prevent her getting refocused while shes inting, but a lot of the best comps melt frontlines so it's very game dependent.

@@slimeplort We need a legendary with a special trait named Taunt, that'd be really good for carries like Bel and Gwen, even rogues since it's annoying that most of the time your carries need to get in the backline then they may focus on the wrong unit and get targeted after and die

@@slimeplort Bel'veth is a super weird carry for this reason, but her ability to teleport is insanely useful and underused at the moment. Like leduck said in another video, if she gets the deadeye trait and she kills the deadeye target, she'll teleport to the backline. That alone is crazy useful.

That's insane you can reliability go level 8 and hit a belveth. Just from getting scoped weapons. What do you play early game in its place? If I got scoped weapons im inclined to either play Viego or Warwick. I don't think about even being able to survive all the way to 8. Or do you play void, void heart. Take scoped weapons and have it be completely useless untill you hit a belveth? Or are you saying you'll play any comp and then just splash in a belveth with no synergy?

I watched the video and literally in 2 games I made this comp. I went from demacia and then slowly transitioned to bastion belzeph. I did get killed, but luckily I had last stand to save my ass. The opponent had lots of knockbacks that disrupted belveth constantly when belveth spawned into the enemy backline for the pickups. I got 1st place ty!

So i've just tried this in normals and second attempt was a success. The funniest thing was k'sante kicking out enemy's zeri 3, bypassing all the enemy frontlane. I even hit bel'veth 3 star at the end and turns out, she bugges out with triple rapidfire cannon. Two fights in a row she stood still after the first cast, casting her ability into nowhere. I don't know if it's a general bug even with a single rapidfire or it's just rito's spaghetti code with long bel'veth, but be aware.

I've seen this happen to a few units, had a 3x RFC Viego and he wouldn't cast for half a fight. Will look more into this bug and what exactly is causing it, probably some weird Hexagon Max Range Issue.

Even tho I got 1st twice with this comp, it still felt way too close. Every fight would start with bel'veth smurfing and exploding some backline, but then she'd start to int because she teleports into melee range and you have essentially 3 dead items for the rest of the fight. It really feels like she should have at least one healing item. It worked and I won, but it FELT like WIS.

I came up with a rather fun exodia comp ; Need zaun emblem with the explode for max HP, take whatever hp buffing augments you can (chemteh enhancements, cybernetic bulk etc), if you get a HP buffing portal even better. Zayn emblem and 2 warmogs on jarvan. HP bulk guarantees he will get a cast off, with zaun emblem he explodes for 45% HP in a 3 hex radius. Jarvans skill = jump to largest clump of units, pretty much guaranteeing he will hit the backline carries. With good augments that's around 2.5-2.7k damage. I hit 3 star zeri the game I tried this and he easily out-damaged her. I love meme builds and nuke jarvan is so satisfying. TL;DR : Jarvan nuke =Zayn emblem+HP explode chemtech enhancement + double warmogs = 2.5k+ 3 hex wide nuke that jumps at the carries - stuns them, then gets killed real fast - big boom. TACTICAL NUKE INCOMING

Zaun Jarvan is a fun comp, I had it in my meta sheet for a while and will make a video about it the near future. From what i've tested I believe the best setup is Zzrot + Warmog. This way he dies a bit faster (2x Warmog is often overkill and delays his death too much), you have enemy units taunted by Zzrot and a failsafe if he happens to be last unit alive.

So ive played this comp for 3 games... 5th, 5th, 6th... im getting to 8 fine and manage to get bel veth and ksante... with the items u say to use... ksante still jumps to the nearest tank, actually hits the tank back into my heimer, and the bel veth teleports herself into the fight and gets killed in like 6 seconds... im following all the rules that normally should be done, scouting, and positioning so most of the front line gets zephyed.. and that ksante SHOULD jump to the backline but he never does... confused...

I'd say that the meta is currently shifting to a lot more frontliners, with lots of players aiming for 6 Bastions now. This heavily hits this comp as the goal is to get both Bel'Veth and K'Sante straight away into the enemy backline. Comps like Tristana were easy to deal with since you didn't have to invest so heavily into Zephyr. K'Sante full mana targeting seems to be based on Proximity to his own position, so if your opponent has more units in the frontline than the amount of your Zephyrs, he will target the remaining frontline. One advice I can give you is to try to keep K'Sante and Bel'Veth on the same side and make Bel'Veth follow and take out the target so she ports to the backline.
