What is needed for CB is speed and not acceleration. Speed is pace off the ball, meaning a CB with good speed would catch up with strikers easily

Recently I have been going with ruben dias n beckenbaeur, and it pretty much does the job. For CB I would say atleast 70 rating does the job. Because acc. to me positional presence is more important so that you can anticipate the next player switch. For this to work you would need a speedy & solid wing backs/full backs so that they could cover the CBs..thank u
