Powerful howl has been built as an adaptive Mtb trail which I think is a first for Seq. That's why it's wider than the others. Well done to all the builders 👍

Yep first Adaptive intended trail for us, it will hopefully lead to a few more, the growth of these trails will bring new folks to the sport as it opens up opportunities never before offered.

That Shenanigans looks like a neat trail, 5 1/2 into healing 2 fractured ribs, result of old bastard falling off mountain bike, cant wait to get onto some trails, this looks like a good spot go, cheers
@FlowmentumMTB3 жыл бұрын
Ribs are the worse Oggz, you need to break them to truly understand the pain they cause, good luck on the recovery. Shenanigans is a sweet trail, it’s impossible not to enjoy it. Thanks for Chiming in.

@@FlowmentumMTB Yeah a lot of fun trails jammed into a small area, some other councils need to take note i think. haha Cheers

Awesome vid as always Fish. Rode Westies yesterday (01 May) and had all intentions of hitting all the trails, missed Howling Owl and Shenanigans due to the weather cutting the morning short. Such an awesome place, the local council surely are developing another gem in the SEQ riding crown.
@FlowmentumMTB3 жыл бұрын
Indeed they are and you need to get onto the other trails ASAP. It’s great to see the council is allowing such trails, certainly is showing the future being paved for our sport.

That place looks sweet as mate. No doubt its going to get a lot busier so hopefully they will be able to keep on top of the trail maint. They have done an absolutely awesome job so far 👌🏼
@FlowmentumMTB3 жыл бұрын
Yeah mate it’s well built, so far it seems to be exceptionally well thought out with run off etc, most trails are on the rocky harder packed side of the hill so they are holding up well.

Great vid! I am heading to Brisbane from NZ in a couple of weeks time and looking forward to trying the Mount Cotton trail network! Could you recommend any place’s nearby that would hire out high quality e-MTB’s?
@FlowmentumMTB21 күн бұрын
Hey FuriousMTB, you will love Mt Cotton, some fun trails but be cautious on Blacking Out as it has sections that can catch you by surprise. There is a shop not for from there called The Bike Shop, they are located in Logan and haven eBikes for hire. Super rad group of staff that will always go above n beyond to help you out. Matt Burks manages the store and is a good guy, they will help you out for sure. www.thebikeshop.au/?srsltid=AfmBOoqGaTS73mMMkVFlyB_ysDfIGkPzWlxXwwOmxoFfKkXkcCKT6qY8

Great video mate, sounds like the place to check out, how do you rate it compared to Nerang?
@FlowmentumMTB3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Geoff, yea it’s definitely worth checking out and you will love the entire area.. Good question in regards to which I prefer but you are asking the wrong person, I’m a huge Nerangafan, love the place but each has qualities the other does not. WMC certainly has better flow trails (Westy’s, Blacking out, Shenanigans n powerful howl) but that’s it, Berang has an eternal list of great trails to so both have their qualities. Cheers.

Thanks Brett. Was filmed just over 2 weeks ago on Friday afternoon, apparently the work crew had filled it in and opened it up by early afternoon on that day
