I just started playing OW a few months ago and it's honestly a great game. I had no idea about this "PvE promise" that so many people are upset about but I guess the company needs to be held accountable for lying. Regardless I think it's a great game.

I’m glad you are playing it. I’ve played it since the beginning. It is a truly amazing game, the best hero shooter out there. But blizzard lied for years to us. The last couple years of OW1 Were very dry with no content. And we were promised true and real PvE in OW2 to be the reason why. Apparently over a year ago they decided to scrap it and are only now telling us. It’s very frustrating. They really are turning OW into a cash pig. I still play it though, the game is just so fun. They really need to start balancing and fixing some of the heroes. Erm, hog and zen. It’s just so sad to see that for years we thought they were going to have this amazing story mode and PvE and talent trees for us to experience and well… it’s battle pass locked hero missions. Why do we need to wait until season 7 for hog rework? This character sucks and has for so long! You’ll see that blizzard is afraid to update their game, and the community and the game itself have to suffer because of it. Have fun though! I still love playing support. Maybe I’ll see ya in game

I agree, i had no clue it was even a thing until it wasn't so it doesn't affect me as much. Obviously they were wrong for lying, but it doesn't affect me or how much I like the game at all
