I love seeing the transition out of disco, but it still pops up here and there. Just like in the 70s the popular music went from more folk music to disco.

Of this group, the only ones I liked were John Lennon, Tina Turner, and Queen. The only bands I liked from this decade were Talking Heads, Nina Hagen (started late 1970s), Chumbawamba, Lene Lovich, X, The B-52s, and Dead Kennedys to name a few.
