Very true. I backtest a lot and when you observe how it moves, there is nothing random about it. It moves like a beast looking to inflict pain. It punishes people who slip up and it shakes out as many positions as possible before making it's intended move. And it comes to eat positions that luckily got on bit moves.

😂😂😂 i came late to the party... Better late than never. So i discovered that the avwap can also give an accurate entry point when used after price makes an impulsive move, as long as you can get the beginning of the move, then make an entry at the pullback on the avwap. I have backtested it multiple times and no loss is recorded. Except the zone does not hold. Tyank you for your videos... Much appreciation.

This is basically a little h and inverted little h pattern. Buying at the hump of the h or shorting at the hump of the h. Another way to view it is the A B C pattern, where we would buy at the B leg, start or short at the B leg start. Stop loss below the h or beginning of A leg.

Another good video. Keep up the good work. Hopefully the younger guys/gals who want to trade consistently and profitably can assimilate the info into their trading. I trade the Indices exclusively nearly everyday and it's amazing how often the price comes back about every single day to the standard VWAP... sometimes several times. Using an anchored VWAP can only provide better view of the Market. If a person can discipline themselves and be patient, success is right around the corner IF they have good tools and strategies.

I'm very grateful for this anchored vwap "trick." Thanks! I would love more information on recognizing V tops and bottoms and particularly the neckline. For instance, at 6:00 why do we wait for the price action to cross the neckline you've chosen (~$67.40) instead of considering it valid earlier at the Change of Character around $64, or later around $70? Similarly, at 7:00 the neckline appears to be earlier than it could have been. In a live market when are you most confident that a pattern is confirmed? Thanks!

Great video, and clearly you have skills in trading, TradingView and video production. The Anchored VWAP built in function on TradingView is not something I used before, it seems useful in being able to identify points in time, to measure VWAP. It would be interesting to add to this VPA (Volume Price Analysis). I see you are using up to 30 min time frames. What about focusing in on the SPX, SPY and QQQ since they have very liquid options associated with them and the options pricing would somewhat follow the stock pricing less the theta decay factor. The peaks and valleys of price action to you focus in on 1 day ( in todays volatile market) or something longer.

Someone help me understand. (and why isnt anyone else asking this question?) He said "Well apply it on the lowest low of a V bottom formation, and on the highest of a V top". OK. He put the low (above) on the May 20th. But what about to the right? Was that not also a V bottom at a lower low between Nov and Dec? This is why I get so screwed up. Everything is subjective. He even clarifies in minute 4. The V bottom should be at a "new" low point in the market. November is lower than May. I have a very inexpensive indicator for MT4 and it works as a VWAP, but you have to find the right point to pin the start. That is why i was excited about this video, but only got more screwed up. :-( and btw, i have always like these videos so dont misunderstand my criticism.

You are better off without indicators. The problem with indicators especially ones that retail use, is that everyone is looking at the same thing and entering on that information. Look and get in where positions are in pain. which is where stops are being triggered.Look at were limits are likely sitting. That's where big money targets before price actually go in the direction that retail expected.
