I think it's because it said "from Soul Reaver 1&2 Remaster" and there hasn't been an announcement for a remaster... I think they spoiled the surprise and were probably told to remove the name card.

I don't think he knows who they are. Someone else took a picture of the label, and it said from "Soul Reaver 1&2 Remaster," basically revealing that a remaster is in the works so I wouldn't be surprised if they were told to get rid of the label.
