This is a wonderful video. All animals, mammals, living creatures, and insects must be protected anywhere in the worlds, even the ones living on the rivers and oceans. All human beings must preserved and protect the rain forests, jungles, mountains, valleys, and deserts. If we don't all of them vanished in the near future. Our grands and great kids and the next generations to come won't be able to experience, feel, and see the wildlife's! Let the natures take its course and don't destroy it! Is anyone else watching this video saturday april 18, 2020 at 10:40 am in the morning

I've watched a lot of documentaries like this and the sole culprits to the decline numbers of these beautiful creatures are greedy humans. Animals was created first before mankind. Thus, we need to respect their existence!

'Created first'? That's got nothing to do with it, forget that whole idea. Greedy humans? At 29:00 we're reminded that elephants destroy their own habitat (and the habitat of many other animals). Respect? Not found in Nature.Don't get me wrong, I'm on your side...it's more effective if you really understand what you're dealing with. Forget everything you saw on Disney, the natural world is consistently self-centered and meets our definition of 'cruel' very nicely indeed. Noted British naturalist Gerald Durrell (check out his books, you'll like them) has this to say on the matter: “ Unfortunately, this attitude…is still rife among the well intentioned, but basically ignorant who insist on talking about Mother Nature as though she was a benevolent old lady instead of the harsh, unyielding and totally rapacious monster that she is”. The strong survive by taking what they want, and damn the consequences. Mother Nature will eat you alive. Happy New Year! :)

@@Greenmanbacchus Animals kill for survival (e.g food, protection) that's Mother Nature. Some humans on the hand think they are not part of the ecosystem and they kill/destroy animals/environment due to greed(money). Unfortunately, the human can be delusional because excessive poaching does effect humans. For example, depletion of natural resources and the environment in some areas.

Humans are animals too. We are not aliens on our own planet. Weve become too comfortable living in our temperature conditioned boxes and pretending death doesnt exist. Not many people would be willing to give up their home comforts and technology and live as the animals do to save them and until you are too, then you have no room to bitch.

China and India both have human populations of over a Billion people each. As the human populations increase there is less habitat left for animals, add to that Poaching by both of these countries based on religious beliefs and money to be made it seems like a hopeless situation for rare species.

And people in the West complain about the one-child policy that mostly targeted large cities in China. At least China tried to do something about the population. Ray Pratt they’re talking about within certain regions , I believe .. as to the wildlife that is found within that particular area :). Just maybe perhaps , bc I get where you’re coming from but i think it’s more so about them referencing certain species in certain areas and not collectively , species and world wide ... but then again haha ppl never seem to surprise when they come up with some things that contradict or do not have accuracy or make sense 😂. They very well could’ve mistakenly given wrong info ., I’ll have to listen out for it to get a better idea , as I am somewhat watching and reading comments haha 😂

Also I was under the impression crocodile is found in fresh water .. they will navigate (, alligators I guess will alligate hahaha 😂)between fresh and salt water , depending on thingd like hunting or resources within esch that may be beneficial .. but primarily I would think that they’d be found in really just areas containing fresh water , lakes and ponds and streams or rivers , which I’ve seen in some cases , crocodiles within areas that had a river that feeds directly into the ocean , within their general habitat and they will roam within the area , eating things thst are available to them ,, and can be found within certain areas beside swampland , but where there are areas of the sea that allow for trees like mangroves for example , to grow , where many fish will find refuge in during breeding and keeping safe from predators among the trees growing in water and grasses in the water , where oxygen levels are more abundant to support life for fresh and salt water animals ... but I do not think that all the reptiles u mention are typical to be found within salt water environment.... unless as I said , hunting or for protection of their offspring etc , perhaps along areas that contain both fresh and salt water , that also support life for that animal for food .. but where you said salt water , it just seems as though most of the time I’ve ever seen anaconda , crocodile or Komodo dragon , they tend to hang out around fresh water .. rivers and swamps mainly .. :)

It is the Chinese people who are paying a lot of money for Rhino Horns to African Poachers to kill Rhinos and Elephants for their Ivory. And remember is was Capitalism which developed the telephones, televisions, cars and thousands of other inventions including modern medicine which saves millions of lives each year. Overpopulation is are biggest threat to the animals and birds of this world as our population grows land has to be cleared for Roads, houses and food production. Both China and India have over one Billion in their population and growing, this is the greatest threat.

I disagree with using endangered animals for fur or art or medicine, but stop only blaming China when other countries are equally to blame. People in the West including ancient Egyptians, Assyrians and Romans used to kill wild lions, tigers and wolves for sport, Spain is still doing it to bulls! Westerners like exotic animals and have killed pandas and tigers, lions, still hunts deer and other animals for carpets, headpieces and who knows what else to hang in their living rooms. China is not as developed as the West and these ideas take time. Now it's illegal to sell or buy ivory in China and there are many adverts showing it's illegal and wrong to kill wild animals. Attitudes are changing! That's better than the US allowing people to have wild tigers, lions, bears and wolves, red pandas, racoons, mountain lions and animals that should live free in the wild, as pets! It's not only dangerous but it's not good for the animals! At least people in China don't have that luxury!

Japan and Norway still kill whales and used to eat them, and the Japanese even kills dolphins and they feel absolutely no remorse. Many Chinese however do feel bad about killing wild animals and tigers especially when you talk to them. I'm not saying China is not bad but there are plenty of other countries that are doing bad and no one blames them or make them accountable. @@blue1red If your still lookinG for more, try the best docs I've ever seen. Check out the ones about the Island of Borneo in Indonesia in the channels videos list. Borneo elephants I watched 5 times, 2 times since they touched it up and made an old classic documentary into spectacular HD. iM Too tired to fix my comment so I hope people get the gist.

Hard as you try with your negative description of their life, you can’t make the snow monkey’s life as miserable as you would like to make it.

They're evolved to live in that environment. Their faces are leathery and attuned to cold and their fur is thicker and more insulated than a Siberian Husky. And .... mountainous Japan gets a lot of snow but it's not like living in Minot, ND or Winnipeg in early January. It's more like Denver.
