Looks like someone must still come in from time to time to check the place. I noticed that broadband router, looks like a BT Homehub 5 or 6, they are not that old. But certainly not been lived in for a long time. But you are so right, the location needs to be kept secret. Can you imagine what the place would look like once the vandals and copper thiefs had been in? Within a week or two the place would be a total wreck. Just such a shame to see the place left like this, more money than sense.

That's bonkers, there's no dust, it's a hotel ( going by the rooms being numbered) but there's still clothes in the wardrobes in the rooms ( surely they would be removed by the guests before closing), not many folk would leave behind their thousand pound plus air rifle, there's a disappearing iPad it's almost as if someone is still living there. Crying shame if it has been left to rot it's a stunning building that with a few grand spent on repairs to the roof would be totally useable

I never understand the start of all these explores. After the first person crawls thru the door -> take a quick look around and if nothing is blocking a door, just open it and everyone else can easily just come in. Its also an easy known way out if a hasty escape is needed. If any alarm is truly active, stumbling around inside will probably set off the alarm anyway (if an active sensor is on the door trips it from opening). Simply relock it and make sure its as secure as when you got there.

That is not a hotel but a private home owned most likely by a multimillionaire who owns properties all round the world like Michael Douglas and Kathrine Zeta Jones, and I was asked to carry out a repair at such a property by the agent who looked after the place. Asked why they own so many homes the answer was they lived in each country for a while before relocating to somewhere else, and yes they visit at odd times. As you should have noticed all services were connected and you did this family a great disservice by messing with their property. Also if you did not notify either the council or the police about the breakin you did this family a further disservice.

@@matthewwilliamsbroll3007 these are produced for a specific power maximum legal power is 12ft/lbs depending on weakness of spring and condition of rifling, that one had a custom stock, its very difficult to up the power of these guns but can be done by polishing the air chamber but that one wasnt, the crack you heard was due to no pellet in the barrel

Legal limit is 12ftlbs its not ox bow it a ox spring .22 is generally loud anyways but breaking barrels a lounder

*legal limit for air guns unless you have a license. Although it's technically the law milage varies with the pellets you are using. A decent European sub 12ftlbs rifle will do 15ftlbs through a chrono with the right pellets.
