I would have liked to "Sledgehammer" to follow the same rhythm as in Cold War, that each new season they included at least 1 new melee weapon With MW3 on the other hand, in these 7 months they only deigned to release "2 new weapons"

Unfortunately SHG the past 2 CODs they worked on had very average melee content as a whole. Also COD WW2 would have a solid 2 months with nothing new melee wise. It’s unfortunate but I knew this was coming this year. That’s why I’ve been sprinkling in more gun content and just coasting till BO6.

@@uhohitsatrap9989 Them bringing back gobblegums + Classic Prestige system + a set crew for zombies + them adding a whole new movement system is really interesting ngl So far their reveals have been checking off my hype list because my checklist was just "If they reveal new mechanics and openly talk about the development it means they are proud with what they're cooking up" if you will rewatch Vanguard trailers or the new MW2 trailer they do not talk about anything revolutionary. All they do is talk about "Oh look this map has now cool sightlines for a sniper and oh now there will be demons talking to you" which is so clearly showing that they do NOT know what they're supposed to show Cold War wasn't the best but it did revamp zombies and it showed in the trailer how much they talked about it If they go into the same depth of detail about zombies in the zombie trailer as in Cold War I'll probably buy it then because I enjoyed Cold War honestly

Loved exploring every little corner of those maps with no time limit. Can't wait for the full MP and Zombies reveal for Bo6

It's not a heavy attack. It's a charge and hold attack. Surprised TKO didnt figure that out. Holding it down creates the best melee lunge in the game and lets you surprise people around corners.

That sledgehammer is the perfect melee I'm not talking statistics but the fact that it satisfies every camp of the fandom It is "realistic"enough to not be weird and out of place for a modern setting, but still kinda fun and dorky and then they also add different animations and a heavy attack which again isn't entirely unrealistic but still funny so just 🤌

I haven't even used it yet and i already love it more than the one they had in cold war. It's a lot faster and i love that you stab with the pry bar part in the handle. I got the reclaimer borealis. I'll eventually use the sledge, just focusing on bioluminescent atm. At 36/51 for the final camos (arachnida) 🤘

I’m pretty sure the purpose of the heavy is if you’re out of range for a light attack or chasing behind someone, just hit the right trigger and lunge at them like you have a nerfed commando.
