i know this is a "productive with me" video but would you mind sharing how do you take breaks (more regular/common than doing a self-care week)? being a comp sci major myself i find it hard to not feel miserable sometimes because i feel like all i do is studying :( but stem majors do take time to learn and i do love everything that im learning. and even when i do take breaks -- watching movies, hanging out with friends, eating out etc -- i don't feel truly relaxed afterward. any advice?

Aaa I'm so so far from a 4.0...but I guess it is what it is. This semester I've learnt not to underestimate the tediousness and busyness of humanities classes. I've realized that I really drown when I try to take my usual tech requirements as well as trying "serious hums" aka not looking for humanities classes that a lot of our stem majors take bc they're little work and fulfill the base requirements. I've written more papers this semester than I ever want to write in my life, and the sheer quantity of readings is a never-ending wave of time-consuming tasks. I've decided that the way I focus my time on hums and tech is very different, so I can only really handle a tech-heavy semester or a hum-heavy semester. This 3-3 mix is excruciating. Lol next semester I'm back to only intermediate microecon as my humanities class.

I have a Moka Pot but its the kind where you have to add oil & light the fire. I really love it(bc im all about the aesthetic) but my friends laugh at it lol. Also def understand being sick all of finals week I was in the hospital bc I caught a sinus cold and my immune system is so weak I passed out in class due to dehydration. Still finished 4 essays while on morphine and tylenol.
