Grandtastic leadership for this young man himself Brock Purdynopolis of how amazing he has with this team. But having its own leadership is key success on how amazing he was against Rams, and shows that he can provide so much empathy he has. One game at a time, and let’s win this upcoming game VS Patriots Sunday.🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💯💯💯🔥🔥🏈🏈🤞🏼

As a retired Soldier who was a corporal and sergeant at an unusually young age, I often found myself leading men one, two, five, sometimes even eight years old than I was. But of course I also was leading guys two or three years younger, too. I usually referred to them as "men" in nearly all situations, especially to their faces. But sometimes when discussing them in the third person, I particularly a person roughly my age or younger, I might say to my platoon leader or platoon sergeant that someone was a "good kid." They all knew I thought of them as young MEN. They were never offended. It certainly didn't offend me when someone referred to ME that way. Very young men (ages 17-25 or so), who are secure, don't get offended by such comments from men whom they KNOW respect them. It's only when they hear it from men they know DON'T respect them that it's taken as an insult.
