I saw your link this morning on my Facebook page. I decided to check you out and see if there was anything that I could use. Wow! I'm glad I stopped by. The first tutorial I selected was this one. This hat will look great in my closet, added to my current closet decor. No cardboard on hand but I'm sure foam board will work. I'm hoping I have enough Dollar Tree rope in my stash to get started on this. I'm not going out too much, so I have to make do with what I have. I like small dollies. Where did you find them or did you make them?
