Tuning the C63 AMG Black Series! MORE POWER | SHMUSEUM VLOG 70

After lots of umm-ing and ahh-ing, it’s time to find some more power from the C63 Black Series!
With ‪@Shmee150‬ out in America for the next month or so, we’ve decided it’s a great time to finally tune the C63 and transform it into even more of an animal.
Today we’re heading over to GAD Tuning in Essex to record some dyno runs before mapping, after installing some BMC panel filters and then after tuning.
We’re so happy with the results, and Tim is too!

Okay, I like the channel and Shmee, but you could not see how the "video" call was overlaid? I actually enjoyed the process at GAD. Thought Anthony was great, informative and honest. But that video call, well.... average editing is the polite way to say it. But I'm sure that's roughly how it went? But, in the end, it's neither here nor there.

I think a deep purple, Cadbury purple on the C63 would look great. Granted it would be close to the sls black, but that is a nice car/colour combo

I loved the way he talked about the delta on the dynosheet. Its not about the numbers. But how it evolves. You can have a peak power off 1000 hp. But if the rest only makes 300. You are not faster than a car that consistently make 500 HP over the full range ;P

I have seen many KZbinrs start a 2nd channel and they start off great but slowly die away. I am glad that Tim has given the time and effort to making the 2nd channel a success. Tom and Brad make this a must watch channel even when the boss is away.

Protipp from a firefighter on those fans. Put them a bit back... There is a thing called the Bernoulli's principle - the stream of air from the vents will pull in a lot more air like this.

I could be wrong but I recall the BS, like the other facelifted M156 C63, use a clutch pack instead of torque converter thanks to that MCT transmission which was a major upgrade.

It's unfortunately more like the 7g+ gearbox found in the diesels which is why the Mercedes have never been as snappy as BMW with DCT

It may sound strange but it creates an even more special bond between man and machine that is difficult to explain but you will find out when you do it!!👍🙂.. Just stare at the car and the gender and name will simply pop into your head!!🙂👍.. Some names will come up instantly, but the others may take a few extra minutes!!!🙂.. I have already come up with the names for theee of your cars (if you wish to adopt them or come up with your own.. it's up to you!!🙂👍)... Your SLS AMG Roadster is 'Sadie', your Renault Clio is 'Jimmy' and your C63 AMG is 'Bruno'!!!👍🙂👊.... Would love to see if you take up this adoption and what names you come up with!!!🙂... My good friends over there at Shamee150 When you did the cold start, comma it sounded like godzilla and King Kong at the same time, But I would have to say the best color not like the sportster sportster Mercedes Benz but but paint that puppy all right a nice deep red color, With the black accents They would really stand out.

The new air filters look the same as K&N filters , there's also gains with running a very good oil like royal purple around 20hp

No thats one thing you always monitor and should have gone into thats monitoring AFR which is always in check. Moderns ECUS will have target AFRs so the management will always make changes to keep it at the correct enrichment
