I've regretted a few sales, a shmee blue Focus ST (which overtook me on the M4 once, definitely regretted it), and the Mondeo diesel I ran up to 180k miles and is still going. I took it down to Gibraltar and up to the Lofoten Islands. So many memories. And the Focus I took to Iceland and Faroe Islands twice.

I'm a purist when it comes to special edition cars like the M1, and I agree in making the wheels back to OEM colour, but I would have thought leaving the modern infotainment/screen system would have been a desireable addition (even Porsche are now offering this with their modern classic models). That is of course if it isnt glitchy and that unit works well.

I agree a small clear out is needed. The 1.2 cleo tho holding sentimental value is a paper weight, the mustang hasn't seen much action on the channels lately, possibly the Abarth tho it's still a semi new addition. Those 3 would be my choice. Nearly everything else is either too recent or has too much of a sentimental value and memories attached to then

I think the 296 could go to. Once the SF90 XX arrives which isn’t that far away, the blue SF90 will be gone. The 12 Cilindri is also close so at that point he’ll have the mid engine track focused supercar, the Purosangue as the daily, the Roma as the comfy convertible and the 12 Cilindri as the only V12 GT car. So the 296 at that point might be easier to let go of. That said I could be entirely wrong 😂

so the Tow unit that was hooked to the truck broken down is a Rotator [ the boom on the back telescopes out 3x and can rotate 180 Degrees ] - 50 to 75 tonne. the one in front looks to be a 35 tonne Wrecker.

I offer this with zero knowledge of the subject, but just a thought. Has the cost/benefit ratio been looked at for installation of solar panels on the roof? Benifits short term in the way of trickle charging everything and running the day to day office side (especially if more staff will be based there) and long term even making it almost cost neutral? But also that would perhaps afford the running of an industrial type heating system for the open space?

It's been looked at regularly, but it's a leased building so to make back the install cost would take more than my lifetime, and I don't intend to still be leasing a building like this on my death bed.

Reading the description of the car i see you? Had the steering wheel redone by royal wheels. I have used royal twice and can honestly say there work is top class, as is there collection/ delivery service. On both wheels i had the rims slightly thicker and perforated napper leather and solid leather with coloured stitching and both were excactly what i was hoping for.

I know many have remarked that the mods should have remained, however a car in stock configuration is more desirable to most buyers. The reason being that many mods show the car has been mucked about with, sometimes to cover up or replace damage. Stock is best for buyers.

It would be "easier" if you aren't footing the bill to install it, and then remove it after the lease. Unfortunately chopping up concrete and repairing it is incredibly expensive.

If they don't offer you a trade-in for one of the new models after the amount of single handedly marketing their brand all over the world, they won't sell many cars in the future. IMO the worst car in the collection. Tim doesn't seem to want to drive it because of the value, likely restrictions on insurance, and the fact that it's a liability on the road. And that silly wing is just an awful gimmick. I would suggest to sell it, but I reckon it'd hard work to sell as nobody's buying Zenvos...

It's more valuable in stock than with mods. There's no "contract" on this car; it was bought from an independent dealer 20 months ago and in private name since.

next 1M you buy lets do a S85 swap in it make it manual upgrade the E92 M3 suspension it has with the upgraded suspension you can get for E92 M3's put F82 M4 carbon ceramics on them and paint it full Le Mans Blue , bucket seats infront seat delete at the back but not ugly weight saving seat delete like the F82 M4 CSL , carbon lip , carbon diffuser , canards , wing and make it a track vehicle your own track vehicle would love to see a Shmee150 full no holding back build i just wanna see Shmee build something mindblowing maybe a Alfa Romeo 4C with a S65 or S85 and manual

The wheels I understand going back to silver would be more to majorities taste. But surely just leaving the multimedia system and reverse camera, brakes in would be much more sought after and easier to sell/higher selling price? What’s the rational going that far back to stock?

Yes and no. Generally a car's value has to include the cost of reverting it to stock. So, if you have an aftermarket system in it, the car will be worth a few hundred pounds less than without it, so it's best to take them out yourself if you can

Yes and no. When you factor in the cost to install cutting into the concrete, and then replacing it to original spec at the end of the lease, that's another 1M gone right there.
