I have one of these and have an airbrush. I've been thinking of airbrushing him to look more accurate but I like your method as it seems easier to prevent major accidents that can't be corrected when paintng. What you are doing seems to be easily correctable at least until it's sealed. Nice job!

Ha! This is pure wizardry. Right now, I am eagerly awaiting for my Baby Yoda to arrive. I thought I would touch up his factory paint here and ther. But I think you have created a really useful guide what needs to be done to make him really fabulous - or more screen accurate. Though I will try to give him feet and a posable body. We will see how this turns out...

I thought of doing the same with the hair Im glad to see someone try it out. What glue did you use for the hair? and what was used for the blush? New sub here as well. I appreciate if you happen to respond!

I just used some elmers white glue and applied a thin amount. The blush I just used some that I thought looked about the right colour out of one of my sisters makeup pallets😂and thanks for subscribing! Let me know how it goes for you if you try it out!

No but I haven’t been throwing it around or anything, he’s just chillin on the shelf. And it only took me about 35 min or so (I glued strands of multiple hairs at a time to save time)
