Technically its both people's fault. The party who published it is completely more at fault but it is her fault as well. She was performing sexual acts, which ovb this was backstage not the bedroom and for all we know there may have been someone else who saw on like a crew technician etc. Regardless before engaging in a sexual relationship, especially as a celebrity one should have preassembled contracts should they not? We have already seen so many scandals that I dont understand why managers etc who care about these peoples career the most since they get a cut of the paycheque dont tighten the grip and put a lid of these things. Get them to sign shit allowing to sue the crap out of the person if they pull this stuff. And even if this wasnt the case and there is no contract. If that was say, her husband and they filmed that, I doubt a husband would be as cunning to put it out there if he at least loved and had some decent respect for her. Anything else I say is her fault..because he was just a boyfriend and boyfriends are in the moment as they come, especially in this particular industry. So I think she should not have been doing anything sexual. He already leaves her which is hurt enough and then on top of that exploits her. If she doesnt give herself away like that to strangers bc lets face it clearly the guy was no good..she would save herself the trouble. Sex should be for later on in a relationship when shes disucssed the potential outcomes of what will or will not happen in the relationship. Instead people get physical and then see where it goes.. If I were a celeb I would clearly outline my policies if I were going to get freaky backstage etc. Clearly outline them so as to avoid ruining my reputation. I dont know why they still havent.
