Thirty years ago I joined a large choir and I was taking vocal lessons. I went to see Cats and I noticed the vocal techniques that the actors were using and it actually made me a better singer as what the choir director was saying suddenly made a lot of sense.

You could wake me up in the middle of the night and this is what I would/could recite word for word with the right amount of drama. Still got the VHS from 98

I lost my VHS copy, but I have it on digital and on DVD, and I too can basically just recreate and recite this whole show word for word, dance by dance

@@havehope646 Surprisingly enough, I started watching this when I was 3, back when I had my VHS copy. I was born in 2004, and I fell in love with this ever since I had that VHS in my possession.

The only musical I’ve seen 3x… can’t get enough of it…seen dozen more musicals but only once or twice. I finally stopped after the 3x because I achieved first row and center. I do plan to watch again when possible. Will be watching Wicked soon for the 3rd time.❤

Cats my favorite all time musical, it's a classic, and keeps coming back, I've seen it done professionally and twice by an amateur theater company My cats name is Bart, he's not named after Bart Simpson.
