I had issues with alcohol, one thing that sticks out to me is john refusing to eat on stream I believe is to not kill his drunk buzz. I used to eat one big meal a day on days I was drinking 6 plus hours (which I imagine is most of Jon's life lately) his liver has to sound like an old diesel engine running.
