Yeah, I think in my romhacks I'll avoid making you obtain a weapon with the stone effect, and having the normal eclipse effect instead of the FE6 one. And I'll still give the final boss tons of HP and DEF lol. Or you know, I think I could actually try and give them multiple phases just so it doesn't end quick.

@@marcosleong4613 maybe, that or make the final boss inmune to Eclipse lol. As for the name, uuh, I haven't really thought about one lol, mainly because it's just in the beginning phases. I think I'll name it along the lines of "Incandescent dreams". I'm in FEU as AlemOwl btw, if you ever want to see if I make it.

I think FE just needs to drop the idea of the big epic final boss fight entirely. I just don't think the game mechanics work for it. Killing the swarms of wyverns in Murdocks chapter in FE6 has always seemed a more interesting final challenge than any proper boss fight.

bianca can reach over 50% if you sacrifice some units, also there's no point getting angry at the hit numbers since the boss isn't supposed to be defeated this way, this video is just a showcase of an exploit that already existed in fe8.
