Thank you! Use the new shoulder measurement for the sleeve. So use 18” when cutting the sleeve if you used 18” as the new shoulder. It’s best to add just 1” to your shoulder instead 2”

Well done ma'am. When cutting the collar, you measured your neck from one notch to the other, and got 18 and you divided by 2 and got 9. You added half inch for sewing allowance i guess. But you added another half inch, won't that make the collar bigger than the neck you measured ? I hope you get my question pls .
