Thanks for the upload, man! I really appreciate your coverage of the Simagic P1000 pedals, they're some of the most helpful and comprehensive videos on the topic - I'm particularly excited about the per-pedal rumble! A $520 hobby investment is a big deal for me, but after considering nearly every fancy set of pedals with a load cell brake, these appeal to me the most. They seem to be endgame pedals I'll never need to upgrade from, and vids like this make me feel a lot more sure of my decision to order them soon. Just gotta build my RigMetal cockpit and it'll be time!

As a sock racer, adding more pressure to the P1000 throttle will feel wonderful on the base of my foot when the pedal mount chamfer cuts in 😅

You showed me something i initially considered useless actually does have some value, i never thought about it helping when tires get worn. Thank you for another video and i will see you on the friday pitstop! Peace✌️

Anyone wanting to know they feel super smooth (in regards to how it feels when you press the pedal not when he says he presses it smoothly 2 different things) He doesn't mention this no idea why but yes it feels really smooth This seems like one big sales pitch sad because loved Shauns channel for years.

After adding so many helpers to the system it will completely replace you driving the car and then you will become another NPC in the game. All NPCs were once real human beings like you. This is how they are made.

This is a disadvantage to anyone with real throttle control? Senna's throttle techniques would be limited based on how a damper works. If you think of how dampers or a shock works slowing down the throttle seems counter productive. Are these marketed as a beginner clutch deal? would love to see them get that unsprung weight/shakers off the moving pedal too! 👍 These are on my radar to swoop, great previous review of these and this hydro throttle.

If you want to reduce throttle effect or a lead foot, adjust the input curve in software or add a stiffer spring. If you rely on this widget, you are reinforcing bad throttle technique.

The simagic pedals are way more upgradeable. It's a very modular pedal set. And the parts are easy to change if something will break. I think they dont, but if, its very easy :)

Haptic motor is only useful on the brake! The gas and clutch are useless
@nickstarlingch7 ай бұрын
It's definitely useful on throttle, you don't seem to be knowledgeable about this topic if that's what you think. You're applying load cell logic to pedal force feedback - I'd say throttle FFB is even more important than brake, but both are important. I don't care about clutch, so I'm not knowledgeable enough about that one, but throttle definitely benefits from it. Looking to get a P1000 in a few weeks, leaning towards getting two feedback things with it. No hydraulics for me yet.

I disagree, with simhub you can e.g. map wheel slip to throttle (and wheel lock to brakes which is useful even when you don't have ABS), very useful.
