Sufferation:
It’s over, we’re undone
We’re broken and floating on through nowhere
This air that we drift in
Is just hallucination in this life mare
We’re lucid in our daydreams,
Suffocate in moonbeams
Our separation
We’re dissipated through our
Desecrated through our separation
It’s cruel fait accompli
That we never could be always foreverywhere
Your heart chooses me
But your head won’t believe in this love affair
We’re lucid in our daydreams,
Suffocate in moonbeams
Our separation
We’re dissipated through our
Dislocated through our sufferation
We’re making a stale amongst all these mates
Quintessence of faith a sterile of state
I’m losing my mirth this golden-fired roof
In intimate form
A paragon in dust made of music
And maybe delights of your smile.

“All the yearning and all the memories can never make good what reality hath wrought to the dreams of the helpless romantic fool”
I wrote this song in the deadening disintegration of the dream and the dawning of prosaic realities not to be faced with poetry.
There is a slippery sickening feeling when art and beauty cannot rekindle trust and it’s all fallen apart too far to fix.
All the King’s horses and All The King’s men could never put this back together again.
