I know a person who is on a healing journey when I see it because when she said she KNEW but changed it to FELT that her family wasn't going to be there for her, I knew she has been in therapy. P.S she doesn't want to be with him but to only be friends. He clearly has work to do, and she surpassed him, and those tears are a guilt release of losing her. You may not get her back, but you will find someone once you have fully healed. Good luck to them both.

But it's so funny how we sometimes put up with b.s from friends and family, but the minute our significant other does a mistake or several mistakes, or has a hard time getting things right we tend to be quick and dimiss them.
