Great explanation of l’Epiphanie for all of the non-cultured American viewers. The “cake” you talk about is really a galette des rois, or King’s Cake. Another fun tidbit about this holiday is that the fèves you talk about that are hidden within a slice of the galette des rois was historically just a tiny bean. As time went on these beans were replaced by the tiny porcelain figures we know and love today. Children play a key part in this esteemed French celebration, as the youngest child at the dinner table goes underneath the table and gets to choose in which order the family will eat the galette. By hiding underneath the table, it ensures they won’t see who gets the fève, shrouding the magic of the holiday much like Santa Claus on Christmas. Anyway where was I? Ah, yes. Your collection is cool, but it will never be complete without a Silver Tree Rex Target Statue. Nerd.

I've got to say my favorite item is the Super Chargers light but the porcine figures is right up there too. I actually had a hard time deciding which one I liked better. I liked the history lesson

Great vid! You've got easily the best collection I've ever seen. I live in Australia and there isn't as much of a market for Skylanders. This does mean that sometimes we can get really nice deals, but most of the time theres, not much of a selection to choose from, especially when it comes to chase figures.

If there’s a tip near you and they have a tip shop go have a look there every now and then, I went yesterday and got 16 trap team figures (including krypt king and 6 other trap masters, 26 traps, 3 superchargers figures (gill grunt, terrafin and fiesta) and even small fry all for the price of £15 cuz I bought the lot instead of single figures

I mostly always use Skylanders tracks for the background of my vids, this one has a few that cycle throughout but the first one is called “Academy Groove Machine: Stormy Stronghold Remix” from Superchargers. You should be able to find it on KZbin.

Lol they are not prototypes from the factory they are Skylanders people have made on there 3D printers

These aren’t custom figures. They’re more officially titled “test shot molds” and are made in the Chinese factories. They’re typically grouped with others in calling them prototypes.

@@Rayq999 they’re* and if “made by activision” you mean designed, then yes. The 3D models of the figures were designed by Activision/ TFB then sent to the Chinese company to create test models without paint or their correct color to see how the figure mold would look in hand.
