For all you know they came from the same factory :) The real deal is mostly just intelligence taxes (Shoes, Phone cases etc), usually rebranding and slapping a higher price tag.

If knockoffs are so easily available in Singapore, does it mean Singapore govt does not prioritize enforcement of copyright/IP?

Its only enforced, if they filed a patent. If the knock off didn't file, nobody will ever bother. In addition, if the knockoff files a patent before the so-called original, they will get away with it. Anyway a single difference is still counted towards a different product and will not be enforced anyway.
