Cool house tour! Love the touch of wood in the home hehe. Anyway to share our experience about having a smart home, we also didn't intend to "smart" our house, but later on included some wi-fi & app-controlled lights in our home for convenience and automation. But tbh, Annette & Lynnette are right! It's really not that life-changing unless you are outside your home a lot and need to control the home for a dependent in the home (e.g. elderly or child). In the time spent to open the app & adjust my lights, I could have turned it on with the switch or remote control already☠ I really enjoy how we can automate some prime lights to be turned on when evening & bedtime comes though, but we can always buy a bulb with timer. I guess the point is: If you're looking to save a little bit of money and are on the fence about a smart home, you can always add that on at a later stage. There are devices in the market where you can make something wife-controlled when it isn't to begin with:)

Can't really understand why people are obssessed with too many track lighting. Gu10 bulbs are extremely warm. You don't need to to give a "spotlight" effect to literally every part of your home.

To be honest Lynnette's house is really nice. The roasting is a little unnecessary but that is what sibling do... and it is very entertainment to watch indeed hahahhah. Back to the house tour, I think for future episode, the channel should focus more about the house (get more image captures from multiple angle), and let the house owner(s) explains more about their house, their inspiration, tips, experience, where they get some furnitures, etc, so viewers can learn more at the same time. Emphasizing on roasting and also the negative aspects, takes away so much goodness from what we can potentially learn from such a nice house. Just my opinion :)
