Wow, this diet looks so easy to follow! I'm on a diet just for getting healthier, I literally only eat overnight oats for breakfast, soup for lunch, then steamed vegetables at night and only drink black coffee and water. You should try that as a challenge, a British vegan's diet xD

I thought I was a very picky eater, I like never eat vegetables or anything because I absolutely hate it. But I think somehow, Sew and Fikah are more picky than me. I didn’t know that was possible! What do they eat? How do they not die? I’m not from Singapore but I thought people from Singapore would be less picky because a lot of the street food and stuff comes with vegetables in it. I grew up on cheese sandwiches, they likely grew up on Chinese and Indian and Malaysian food. I am concerned how they get their nutrients. Edit: Sew isn’t actually that bad but I’m concerned for Fikah.

Most of us are less picky. We get a lot of different cuisines here so most of us are quite adventurous, lol. My impression of Fikah and Sew from these challenges is they remind of children who are very picky eaters who have yet to develop their taste palettes/healthy eating habits. 😅

Actually should cut rice and carbs. I went with YTD and sliced fish soup only last for a week before wedding. Can go vegetarian too since Meat has way more calories than veg. Sure lose weight de.

unpopular opinion: I get annoyed with picky eaters. Especially when they won't choose a place and then object to the place I choose, or go in and complain that there isn't anything they like. Please grow to be a bit more flexible? Having to accommodate to such people all the time is so tiresome.
