I don't have a Braii (unfortunately as it is awesome), but I did this by cooking the chicken directly over the coals on big skewers after marinating a few hours. So tender! Thanks for the recipe, it was fabulous!

Looks good that. Have you tried the 2 step method for doing chicken tikka? 1. Add lemon juice and garlic/ ginger paste to chicken, leave for 30 mins 2. Then go in with the spices and yoghurt and marinade overnight. Keep meaning to try this method- think I saw the curry guy do it
