We have stayed there twice for anniversary. Great staff. Clean spacious rooms and some with fireplaces and balconies. One block from the parkway and restaurants. We enjoy the Two Queen City View. We❤love Bearskin Lodge On The River.

We stayed there for several years and really liked it, mostly because of the location..... we like the park..... Not the tourist traps...... And then we seen your vlog on The Riverhouse at the park....... We haven't been back to Bearskin since. Why pay twice as much when The Riverhouse has clean room, nice bed and the same river and even closer to The Gatlinburg Trail.

Spent 5 nights there last December. Our room was a corner king and we could see the Christmas lights from Ober mountain lift and sky bridge. Beautiful and so convenient to walk the strip. Loved the room and the employees, hope to visit again this year.

fun fact: The Bear skin for a long while had a wood burning fireplace in the lobby area and my roomie is actual the night desk clerk and I work just up the road and you filmed the some of the flooding right behind mine. The furniture even some of the bed frame work are all custom made for bear skin and OCL. I seen Saundra working the desk at the first of your video.

We stayed a week there facing the river. Loved it. But then we got a puppy and now can’t stay. There anymore. Very sad about that. We hiked all the way into the park. And was so close. Wish it was pet friendly
