Job ideas as well: - wacky morning dj that needs a high powered antenna mounted to the roof (or already did and got stuck up on the roof, dropped tools, etc.) - Cat and dog groomer (hopefully for non pet apartments.) - Car repairman (oil soaked on floor) - Swimming pool technician (fill up pool testing in apartment) - Welder (fumes, burns in the rug, etc.) - You build and test fireplaces (wood storage collapsing the floor, burnt rug, need hole in wall for smoke, etc.) -lt tuck pendleton makes a come back appearance and is building a rocket in the apartment (need a hole in wall to take rocket out, rocket fuel leaking, etc.)

- you need more office space so you want to rent out the next apartment and knock out the wall (and you've already been doing it and need a double beam) - you work as a call center manager and your dozen or so employees are coming over to work and it's going to be loud - subwoofer / audio equipment repair and tester - chemistry teacher and you need to bring your deadly chemicals over (or you're making meth and this is the cover up) - bring back raccoon rehabilitation - grandfather clock (huge loud ones) repair or maker and 100's of them will make lots of noise all at once every hour - prostitution - day care center with tons of loud and destructive kids - painter that wants to mix and paint their own walls to test paint color or the paint is leaking on the carpet making it tie dye

You should call as Roy installing a urinal in the wall, and make sure they believe you and then hang up and call back as Carol being the neighbor saying pee is leaking through the wall. Maybe call as Carol first, then call back as Roy so they're wondering why there's a leak and then they find out it's a urinal!

I had been thinking about his old calls he did with Stacy. One of the greatest ones was a day where they acted as husband and wife, and called apartments about the urinal he'd installed in the bedroom. So I called the voicemail the other night and complained about Roy's leaky urinal coming down into my apartment... I load up this episode, and not only did he do a urinal call, but played my voicemail in the same episode! Did I predict the future or did I psychically convince him to do a urinal call?! who knows! But yeah, you're totally on point: maybe he can get Stacy back!

Ideas: call business tenants, I loved the bat calls from a while ago. Maybe ask if other tenants have seen your bats (they escaped), then clarify that they aren't living bats but small drones dressed up as bats, so you don't need to worry about animal control being called. Covid working from home could be funny if you run businesses which handle customers - maybe "My neighbors complained about the noise my customers made but I got them to shut up with stricter rules. Are they still being loud or did my shut-up requirement work?" The christmas tree flushing is great when you work into it and they believe it. I think people are getting harder to make mad. Maybe try the "I found a parallel universe" again, some coin digs. I really liked the line about "If I have to pay a fine when I move out, I understand", I always love it when you undermine the lease.
